Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery, including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
Ability to manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore resources (e.g., consultants, developers, and testers).
Ability to build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
Excellent business acumen with the ability to make fact‑based decisions and resolve conflicts.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation.
Ability to analyze a company's people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading‑practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models - including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
Ability to support pre‑sales efforts including creating proposals and estimates.
Ability to create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
Typically, no less than 4‑6 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills - executive communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
A driver's license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, you'll also have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Performance analytics and reporting experience - certifications are a plus.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations or HAM or SAM.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Personally manage a meaningful volume of customer support tickets, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and customer confidence.

Build the Foundation for a Scalable Support Function

Establish core support metrics (e.g., response time, resolution time, backlog health) and build simple, actionable reporting.
Document standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and ownership models that enable consistency without bureaucracy.
Define the initial scope and structure of the customer knowledge base, including what content exists, what's missing, and how it stays current.
Leverage emerging technologies (automation, AI-assisted tooling, internal dashboards) to increase support efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
Surface Customer Insights Across the Company
Identify patterns, recurring issues, feature requests, and friction points across support interactions.
Create a lightweight process for surfacing customer patterns and insights
Ensure customer feedback informs prioritization, roadmap decisions, and quality improvements.
Establish Visibility Into Customer Satisfaction
Define which satisfaction metrics matter most (e.g., CSAT, NPS, or alternatives) and why.
Determine when and how surveys are sent to customers without creating noise or fatigue.
Establish an initial baseline of customer satisfaction and trends over time.
Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear action items.
Coach and Develop the Support Function
Train and mentor new technical support representatives, setting clear expectations for technical depth, customer communication, and ownership.
Model best-in-class customer interactions through your own work.
Continuously raise the bar for support quality as the team grows.
Qualifications
Experience in a player-coach support role, owning both hands-on support and system/process design.
Strong technical background in GPS/GNSS, precise localization, or closely related domains (robotics, autonomy, embedded systems, or positioning technologies).
Proven customer-facing experience as a technical support with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
Experience standing up or significantly evolving an early-stage customer support function.
Ability to define metrics, processes, and documentation without over-engineering.
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and ramp technical support team members.
Comfort working cross-functionally across GTM, Product and Engineering in a fast-moving environment.
Bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement.

PURPOSE OF JOB: The IT Systems Administrator is focused on managing, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating hardware and software assets. The incumbent ensures that appropriate measures are proactively followed in response to unforeseen issues such as downtime or vulnerabilities. The System Administrator collaborates with other members of IT Operations in the implementation of security technologies and secure practices, and in the areas of network infrastructure, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Security Awareness Training, Identity Manager (SSO), Compliance, Help Desk services, and other assigned projects.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administers enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Intune, JAMF, Okta, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, Envoy, 1Password, etc.
* Manages R&D laboratory applications to support the chemistry, biology, and the vivarium teams.
* Configures Windows and Mac computers for new hires and hardware replacement using automation tools such as JAMF and Intune.
* Manages the Mobile Device Management (MDM) applications (Intune and JAMF)
* Creates and manages system permissions and user accounts.
* Administers IT systems such as the Help Desk, CrashPlan, Spanning, Telephone System, etc.
* Provides the first level of IT support for RAPT's workforce, including C level.
* Supports the department with budgeting and purchasing IT assets.
* Procures computer equipment and software for the Company.
* On- and off-boards of workforce members.
