Log and track tickets in the helpdesk system, escalating as needed to Level 2/3 engineers. Support onboarding/offboarding activities including account setup, equipment prep, and retrieval. Maintain documentation for IT processes and user guides. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in IT administration, coordination, or analyst role preferred. Experience with billing systems, IT asset tracking, or expense reporting tools. Exposure to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar environments. Skills: Strong Excel/Sheets and data management skills. Attention to detail with high accuracy in record-keeping. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage priorities across finance and IT operations.
