Hands-on experience with EDI, APIs, and integrations between NetSuite and third-party logistics or eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of SQL or other query/reporting tools is a plus. Certifications: NetSuite Certified Administrator or ERP Consultant (preferred). Soft Skills: Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Self-starter with excellent time management and project coordination skills.

This role plays a key part in supporting both construction management and O&M activities on environmental remediation system installations, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. What You'll Do: Construction Management: Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project coordination Develop and submit annual construction workplans Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, inspections, and material tracking Participate in project meetings and contribute to scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates Prepare construction progress reports and assist with environmental monitoring and recordkeeping Operations and Maintenance (O&M): Support site operations while maintaining safety, health, and environmental compliance Conduct inspections and implement health and safety plans Manage work crews, subcontractors, and vendors Track project costs and manage purchase orders Ensure quality assurance and quality control on all site work and deliverables What You'll Bring: 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or environmental projects (Level I: 2-3 years, Level II: 3-5 years) Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software, including Primavera Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus 40-hour HAZWOPER and Cal-OSHA certifications preferred; training available if needed
