Work Hours & Travel Occasional on-call or after-hours support may be required for deployments, production issues, or technical emergencies. Requirements: 7+ years of IT leadership experience with hands-on cloud infrastructure and support. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Effective presentation skills across stakeholder groups.
