Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions * Responsible for the planning and on boarding of project process and small programs * Maintains and communicates overall portfolio of IT projects including financial management and resources to track initiatives * Responsible for maximizing resource allocation based on resource availability and prioritized projects * Champions strong IT governance in the project management framework and mentors project managers in its development and continuous improvement * Implement and core administrator of the Project Portfolio Management software * Create project process for consistency and alignment across business units. * Facilitate and maintain collaborative relationships with IT leaders, business partners and key stakeholders ensuring engagement early in the project life cycle. Key voice to the business on the application, roadmap initiatives, change management, annual initiative & project pipeline planning decisions, and escalation point for the business development/project related issues * Lead, coach and develop team of highly skilled and diverse IT Project Managers * Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to professional growth in agile project/program management and other key areas * Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
