Job Summary: Working out of our Lemoore CA facility, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing customers. Job duties to include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
Work closely with planner / scheduler & Fabrication Supervisors along with the sales team to ensure all parts & prints are ready for Installation.
Meet with customers to develop solutions to their current and potential problems.
Train our workforce in specialty installation requirements.
Assist in hiring of local workforce.
Ensure all employees are being trained to their highest standards.
Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered.
Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed.
Walking projects with new and existing customers.
Qualifications and Experience:
A self-starter who is detail orientated.
Own or be prepared to obtain an Osha 30 Certificate
Have a clean driving record.
Be able to lift #50.
Be able to drive a forklift truck.
Be able to operate scissor lifts and any other construction equipment.
Be able to read and understand Blueprints and P&ID Drawings.
Be computer literate.

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Central California Legal Services (CCLS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 1966 for the purpose of providing free civil legal services to low-income individuals. CCLS core counties include Fresno, Kings, Mariposa, Merced, Tulare, and Tuolumne. CCLS's health work also extends to San Luis Obispo, Monterey, San Benito, and Stanislaus counties. In Madera County, CCLS provides limited services to seniors and on health issues. CCLS has offices in Fresno, Merced, and Visalia, and satellite offices in Mendota and Los Banos. With nearly one hundred (100) employees, CCLS's work includes direct services that meet our clients' immediate needs, education, and advocacy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Central California Legal Services (“CCLS”) seeks a dynamic person to join its Pro Bono Program (“PBP”) as Manager of CCLS' Veterans' Legal Services Project (“VLSP”). Through the VLSP, CCLS serves the legal needs of low-income veterans, with a focus on increasing housing stability.
The VLSP Manager will work under the supervision of the Director of Pro Bono & Strategic Partnerships. The VLSP Manager will supervise two full-time VLSP staff - a VLSP Paralegal and a VLSP Outreach Coordinator. The VLSP provides legal services through the VLSP staff, CCLS practice group advocates, skilled volunteer attorneys, and other volunteer legal service providers.
The VLSP Manager will organize and operate the VLSP to provide legal services to veterans through community legal education programs and direct client services. The Manager will be responsible for developing client pipelines, overseeing project eligibility screening, and establishing meaningful relationships within the veteran community. The Manager will supervise pro bono clinics and individual pro bono representation for clients not served by CCLS practice groups, having particular responsibility for managing a pro bono project for military discharge upgrades. The Manager will form and maintain partnerships with community organizations such as Veterans' clinics, student veterans' offices at community colleges, Veterans' Stand Down and Stand Up organizers, and other organizations serving veteran populations. Through these partnerships, the VLSP will conduct outreach and clinic services.
Requirements
DUTIES
With supervision, take the lead in developing and operating the VLSP;
Manage the VLSP Paralegals and Outreach Coordinators;
In coordination with the PBP Director, define and implement case assessment and referral protocols and processes with both internal and external partners;
Assist the Director of the PBP with volunteer recruitment, management, placement, support, and recognition;
In collaboration with CCLS advocates and the Director, create and maintain volunteer training materials for CCLS clinic and project volunteer opportunities;
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to serve as pipelines for client referrals and as partners for clinic and outreach programs;
In partnership with the Pro Bono Director, operate successful pro bono clinics.
In collaboration with other CCLS outreach and communications staff, oversee outreach efforts to reach veterans in CCLS' core service counties;
Assist the Director with development and documentation of VLSP policies and evaluation metrics;
In collaboration with the Director, Chief Program Officer, and Grants Manager, assist in collecting data and other information required for funder reporting;
Travel to meetings and events in counties served by CCLS as needed; and

QUALIFICATIONS
Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California;

At least three years' experience with veterans' legal or non-legal issues;

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced ProjectManager to join our team in Oakhurst, CA! The ProjectManager will oversee the planning, directing, and coordinating of high-voltage electric transmission, substation, and distribution construction and maintenance projects throughout the country. This role involves ensuring the successful organization, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, quality, and implementation of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Lead the preparation and manage the projected budget for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors procured on the project.
Ensure project costs stay within the forecasted budget range and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Develop and manageproject Schedule of Values (SOV), update based on production, prepare billing packages, and submit to the customer.
Assist in pre-construction efforts including bid preparation, contract and exhibit review, and execution planning.
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly projections and progress for all construction activities.
Provide project cost forecasting, monthly cost to complete development, and accuracy of reporting.
Develop, submit, track, and maintain all project submittals and requests for information.
Review cost reports and evaluate methods to reduce costs while maintaining productivity.

Create, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules that reflect all aspects of the project's scope.

Prepare, review, and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
Work with legal to oversee contracts to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare and manage subcontracts, vendors, and associated documentation.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive electronic and printed files of working documents in accordance with outlined document control practices.
Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly projections and progress reports for all construction activities.
Present project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication and Issue Resolution:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Maintain intercompany relationships between quality, safety, estimation, fleet, field operations.
Lead meetings with supervisory personnel, subcontractors, or engineers to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
Identify and fulfill stakeholders' reporting requirements promptly and accurately.
Material and Quality Management:
Develop and oversee project material trackers based on customer Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and scope. Maintain material tracker based on inventories, production, shortages, and damages.
Monitor and control construction through communication with the superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Execute corrective actions to address delays, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of projectmanagement experience in high-voltage electric transmission, substation, and distribution construction or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with project software is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Multi-tasking Ability: Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
Adaptability: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, switch directions as needed, and demonstrate adaptability.
Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business, or a related field is required.

Job Summary:
The ProjectManager is responsible for overseeing a contents restoration job (insurance claim) from start to finish.
