Job Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is being the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities.
Responsible for managing multiple sales orders concurrently.
Upon sales order assignment by the C.O.M, share responsibility with the O.S.R and Est. to hold a Turnover/Kick Off meeting at the point of sale to ensure all needed information and paperwork are complete; that the scope of work is clear; review the estimate and confirm values for all items; and begins the process of scheduling the project with production to align with “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
From point of sales order assignment, the P.L. becomes the point of contact for the customer. They must ensure the customer is kept up-to-date from production schedule to on-site delivery.
Provide direction and oversight to all aspects of the project team: engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
Prepare any applicable change order proposals in a timely manner, whether owner/ client/ engineer request or by generation from OI.
Monitors the progress and status from the point of sales as it moves through the process, and acts to problem solve proactively, offers technical advice, and assists other staff to expedite assigned projects, removes obstacles which may cause a project to fall behind schedule.
Ensures a mentality of continuous improvement of processes and systems.
If needed, coordinate site visits and work with the customer to ensure that all issues that arise from the point of sale to completion of the project are resolved promptly, including but not limited to change orders, adjustments to schedule and collect information as appropriate to each assigned project. Identify and requisition special purchase items as required.

The ProjectManager will play a key role in our business by mentoring, developing, and empowering a team of 1-3 direct reports. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
ProjectManagementManages overall project performance (scope, safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction).
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company standards and procedures.
Manages the project in a manner which enhances the reputation of the company and work to develop potential future work opportunities through relationship with clients. Assist in marketing and business development activities for the ProjectManagement division and Company.
Develop projectmanagement tools and techniques for project team members.
Meet and achieve project(s) budgets by monitoring project expenditures (i.e. team hours and sub-consultant costs); o Identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions (along with the Division Director) within the ProjectManagement Division.
Plan, scheduling and monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met for specified project(s).
Manager the flow of project documents between client, consultants, ownership, and other project team members to ensure efficiency and comprehensive documentation including but not limited to contracts, proposals, change orders, invoices, COI's, email communications, architectural/consultant drawings, reports, etc.
Draft and review project scope and contracts with consultants and contractors.
Create and project cash flow budgets; review, approve, and track all financial activities throughout the duration of a project.
Create and update project schedules throughout the duration of the project.
Oversee the project closeout process ensuring all warranties, invoices, lien waivers, and
O&M manuals are received, saved, and sent to client to successfully closeout the project.
Risk Management o Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Reporting and Communication o Provide regular updates on project status to the Sr. ProjectManager and/or Director, o Communicate with stakeholders regarding project requirements and progress.
Collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals. o Track and report on budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Administrative Support
Prepare invoices, estimates, and budgets.
Maintain and organize project documentation (e.g., contracts, reports).
Schedule, manage and attend all project, design and construction (OAC) meetings. o Research information to support decision-making processes.
Support and assist the Sr. ProjectManager and/or Director, ProjectManagement in managing the project team to ensure efficient and accurate completion of all projects.
Specialty Areas (may not be applicable to all PMS) o Bond Exoneration o Dry Utility Consulting and Coordination o Forward Planning and Entitlements o HOA, DRE, and Community Planning

Education Qualifications Success Factors
Completion of High School education or equivalent is required.
BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study is preferred.
CCM, CAPM, PgMP, AA, PE LEED, CPE, CEP, ccp, psp, CMIT, or MRICS certifications, is preferred.
OSHA 10 (or higher) certification is required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
Proven experience in managing small to medium sized projects; identifying discrepancies and implement corrective actions (under supervision).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and ProjectManagement software.
General knowledge and understanding of general engineering construction.
Ability to quickly analyze, compare, and interpret detailed but sometimes poorly defined information within deadlines.

General Summary
Under the direction of Digital TechnologyManagement, the Business Systems Manager - ERP Integration is responsible for the daily operations of Kia North America business-to-business (B2B) enterprise systems including employee, dealer and consumer facing systems. Solves business problems by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs; recommending system controls and protocols.
The Business Systems Manager works closely with various business units and IT service providers to devise optimal solutions for various short-term and long-term enhancements, bug fixes, implement changes, and functional requirements to technical specifications. This position will also provide valuable insights for optimizing user experiences, leveraging best enterprise system practices, creating program governance, and guiding stakeholders through program innovation strategy, risk analysis, and systems integration.
This position provides operational and functional administration of the enterprise systems to leverage efficiencies between systems and processes to support the evolving business needs of Kia and North America regional initiatives of Sales and Manufacturing entities. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of business requirements, solution scope, testing, training, business support, key performance indicators and data analysis for continuous process improvements.

1st Priority - 30%
Support B2B enterprise systems and projects in support of company's short-term and long-term business strategy. Works with key business and IT stakeholders in implementing systems solutions and integrating best practices into technology platform. 2nd Priority - 30%
