POSITION PURPOSE:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

We are presently seeking an individual who will assist the New Home Senior Project Manager in lot modifications and lot preparations for new home setups. This role will have a "home-base" out of the Kansas City, KS area with 60% travel to a portfolio of communities' located in Kansas and Missouri.
As a New Home Project Manager, you will:
* Accurately complete all assigned home site surveys in a timely manner.
* Manage permitting and utility compliance for completion of home installations in assigned region.
* Completing site walkthroughs to determine scope of work for installation of new homes.
* Managing all aspects of new home installation process including home delivery, site prep and home setup.
* Daily management of site prep and home setup vendors to ensure quality, timely and safe completion of projects.
* Training vendors on current standards of new home installations to ensure vendor compliance.
* Daily travel to assigned communities to ensure consistent presence on site and inspections of homes.
* Maintain strong working relationships with Community Operations in assigned region.
* Effectively communicate status all new home infills with Community Operations.
* Follow all company and new homes division policies and procedures at all times.
Minimum Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of project management or similar experience, preferred but not required.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
* Working knowledge of physical facilities, including construction renovation.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel.
* Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors and other project partners.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Detail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
* Valid operator's license and reliable transportation.

About the Role
The Project Manager II in PAR Electrical's Central Division is responsible for leading the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of medium to large-scale electrical utility projects. This position oversees all aspects of project execution-from planning and scheduling to cost management and client relations-ensuring alignment with PAR's operational standards and safety-first culture.
As a key member of the Central Division's leadership team, the Project Manager II plays a critical role in supporting field operations, strengthening customer relationships, and driving performance excellence across multiple projects.

Manage the full lifecycle of assigned electrical transmission, distribution, or substation projects within the Central Division.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.

Track and forecast project costs, labor productivity, and material usage to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout materials.

Monitor field performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective action as needed.
Prepare progress reports and financial updates for leadership and clients.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

. This position Supports Commercial Accounts, Post Market Activities and New Product Launches as assigned. Primary responsibilities include contract management, project oversight, change management. Does so through effective cross-functional collaboration of both internal and external stakeholders respectively.
Key Accountabilities
Supports packaging components and raw material change control needs for site product development, product technical transfer projects and post-market activities, ensuring commitments on quality, scope, budget, and schedule are met.

Operating knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements applicable to the domestic and global pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Fundamental understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies and processes including for parenteral, oral solid dosage, soft chew, and non-sterile liquid dosage forms strongly preferred.
