Program Financial Management Build, analyze, and maintain full program financial forecasts across labor, material, subcontract, and ODCs. Develop and update monthly and quarterly balance sheet forecasts, including inventory, WIP, material liability, and contract assets/liabilities. Prepare and submit Certified Estimates at Completion (EACs), ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with corporate and government requirements. Conduct detailed variance analysis (cost, schedule, and financial) and prepare program health metrics for leadership.
