With 4 direct reports, you will not only lead the execution but also coach and mentor senior leaders in this subject matter. Define, implement, and uphold consistent project management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and reporting standards across all departments. Direct the planning, prioritization, and delivery of key programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Track and evaluate project performance, budgets, and schedules, initiating corrective measures when necessary. Collaborate with senior executives across engineering, operations, supply chain, and related functions to align initiatives with strategic business goals. Create and sustain governance structures that promote accountability, visibility, and consistency in project execution. Lead and manage the development and implementation of the stage-gate process across the enterprise. Offer mentorship, coaching, and leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams. Deliver regular performance reports, key metrics, and strategic insights to senior leadership. Foster ongoing improvement in project management standards to drive productivity, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles, governance structures, and industry-standard methodologies.
