This position provides support to the Senior Manager and 1st level Managers of the BCA Structures Seats Analysis Team. This is a key role providing integration and planning across all our teams that directly support Seat Development and Certification for Customer Introductions.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced (Level 3) and Senior (Level 4) ProjectManagement Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
* Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with projectmanagement industry standards.
* Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
* Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
* Works to improve projectmanagement processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
* Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
* Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
* Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will also have both the background knowledge and the desire to dynamically shift priorities to take on additional cross-functional responsibilities, such as:
* Performs project tasks that meet identified requirements by application of, or in accordance with, accepted projectmanagement standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, ProjectManagement Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).
* Provides reports, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicates plan changes and recovery plans to others.
* Uses negotiating skills by engaging with specific organizational and project task owners to improve project performance commitments.
* Responsible for the development and update of task specific, plans, deliverables and schedules.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in ProjectManagement OR Master's Degree and 4+ years experience in ProjectManagement OR 10+ years experience in ProjectManagement
* Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
* Experience with articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management.
* Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management.
* Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
* Experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in ProjectManagement OR Master's Degree and 8+ years experience in ProjectManagement OR 14+ years experience in ProjectManagement

What will I be doing?
Developing and managingproject scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with client and firm needs

What qualifications are required for this role?

Demonstrated expertise with the USACE Wetland Delineation Manual and WA State Wetland Rating Systems

THE ROLE
Drive end to end execution of security assessments that include:
Creating assessment questionnaires
Conduct assessment kickoffs
Review assessment responses
Identify risks/control gaps from a risk management perspective
Perform risk scoring exercise and maintain risks in the risk register
Track implementation (and adherence) of security requirements across engineering groups/teams
