Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and certification environments, including but not limited to DNV, ISO9001, HIPAA and HITECH.
Assure current maintenance of all licensure and contract renewals for all Hospital Information System software applications.
Provides logistical support of all departmental Hospital Information System software This does not include standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office applications.
Assumes primary responsibility in the evaluation, acquisition and implementation of new Healthcare Information System applications.
Coordinates all resources necessary for the periodic upgrades of production Hospital Information Systems applications.
Assures that adequate training resources are available for all Hospital Information System applications and that appropriate training of all hospital and medical staff is completed.
Assures quality control in all software implementations and upgrades.
Assures that responses to all non-routine user requests are performed in a timely manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A mental development equivalent to completion of a 4 year college degree in InformationTechnology and includes an ability to apply principles of logic and scientific thought to a wide range of intellectual problems.
Three years experience managing a variety of health care information systems in an acute care hospital environment.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, supervisors and personnel from other departments.

Summary:
The ProjectManager will support Energy Transfer's Fixed Equipment Mechanical Integrity program for processing, treating, and 192/195 Facility piping sites within Energy Transfer utilizing API 570 and API 510. Primary Responsibilities:
* The ProjectManager will be responsible for the assurance of fixed pressure equipment integrity within Energy Transfer with a focus on processing, treating, and blending locations. The ProjectManager will be challenged daily with the systematic review and assessment of various piping systems, pressure equipment, storage tanks, etc. in their assigned areas of responsibility utilizing API 570 and API 510.
* Ensures that all maintenance, inspection, repairs, re-rates, and alterations made to pressure equipment follow applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, company standards, and recommended practices.
* Review and audit pressure vessel fabrication shops to ensure they meet approved fabrication standards, drawings, and quality control manuals.
* Works closely with corrosion and materials group, pressure equipment engineers, and the operations team to establish inspection schedules, identify corrosion threats, monitor equipment condition, analyze inspection data, document condition history, and make recommendations to ensure safe, reliable operation of pressure equipment.
* The ProjectManager supports operations, maintenance, engineering, and projectmanagement staff with decisions concerning the integrity of pressure equipment; to meet best practices, industry codes and standards and local jurisdictional requirements.
* Provide first line contact with field supervision, operations and maintenance on technical matters related to the specific technical discipline.
* Communicate inspection schedules, repair deadlines, maintenance due dates, etc. and coordinate activities with Operations and Maintenance staff to ensure inspections/repairs are completed by required dates.
* Participate in 3 Year PSM audits; internal and third-party.
* Participate in EPA, OSHA, and local state regulatory audits.
* Be able to review and formulate inspection plans in accordance with company standards and recognized good engineering practices.
* Required to consider additional factors in recommendations for repair, such as run time to failure, root cause analysis, life cycle cost, etc.
* Use equipment integrity inspection and analysis tools such as API-Risk Based Inspection to determine the extent of required inspections, and overall inspection strategies.
* Identify appropriate inspection and NDE methods to mitigate equipment risk.
* Responsible for the oversight and auditing of NDE and inspection activities in their assigned areas.
* Review and approve NDE and inspection results; be able to identify anomalies and eliminate erroneous data.
* Assure that inspection records are current, accurate and in compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and department requirements.
* Manage inspection data in Shield corrosion monitoring program.
* Budget and oversee on-stream inspection projects.
* Maintain a good working knowledge of codes and requirements and know when to seek higher level advice and assistance.
* Perform API Pressure Vessel, Piping, and Tank inspections as needed, routine or emergency.
* Responds to unplanned events to understand their causes and develops recommendations to prevent their recurrence.
* Support the CFR 192 and 195 Facility Pipe program as needed, include anomaly verification as required.
Minimum Requirements:

Core Technical Expertise
DevOps or DevSecOps: Experience building and deploying cloud solutions that adhere to the core principles of DevOps or DevSecOps processes and tools
Concepts, how to, and best practices, along with hands on knowledge and experience in:
DevOps practices and tools, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), and familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure
Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Bicep, Terraform, ARM)
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture
General understanding of digital industry trends including Cloud/SaaS, Analytics, Social, and Security/Risk Management, and Internet of Things
Databricks Platform Proficiency, including its components like Databricks SQL, Delta Live Tables, Databricks Repos, and Task Orchestration
Cloud Orchestration: Expertise in using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks Workflows, or equivalent tools (e.g., Airflow) for complex dependency management, error handling, and end-to-end pipeline orchestration.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant OR 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years of professional relevant experience in Cloud Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) and DevOps pipelines.
Experience with cloud cost management principles related to compute (Databricks) and storage (ADLS).

Detail-Oriented Documentation: Creating accurate, complete technical documentation-including integration specifications, solution designs, process flows, and system configurations-ensuring clarity and adherence to architecture and compliance standards.

The ProjectManager at Flatland Energy Services, LLC is responsible for all phases of projectmanagement from start to completion. Main duties will include, but not limited to managing daily activities and issues, project planning, scheduling, project cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety management, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships. ProjectManagers ensures all needed information per project is finalized, both internally and externally, where key metrics can be drawn from. ProjectManagers report to the CEO.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Manages daily activities and issues related to completing a construction project, including overall project planning, scheduling, project cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety management, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships.
Oversees construction projects from start to finish using the Flatland Energy Services (FES) pre-planning guide to start each project and developing a Master Project Schedule that is updated monthly and communicated to all subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and field personnel.
Develops a Master Variance for accounting of the entire project before the project starts using the FES master variance guidelines and ensures all bills from subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and labor are coded regularly per Company Guidelines.
Manages all contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI's, ASI's, with the Owner and Architect in a timely fashion. Follows up with owners on unpaid invoices.
Creates and manages all subcontracts and purchase orders per company guidelines, and ensures all documents are completed and signed.
Checks shop drawings of all items in a timely manner for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Ensures all items are delivered per the contract schedule to not slow field progress.
Follows up with architects and engineers to make sure they are not delaying progress per internal schedules.
Communicates any problems to the Division Manager.
Ensures work put in place is to quality standards of the plans and specifications of the project.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred.
At least 3 years in an organization involved in team/crew work on a job/project basis
