PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The non-standard deal program manager is responsible for orchestrating the operationalization of non-standard deals for OEMs in the Devices Partner Sales (DPS) organization. This role involves working with multiple teams across the client that include: legal (CELA), licensing, finance, compliance, business management, and operations to review and approve deal terms and documentation - and to ensure our process and documentation meet corporate compliance standards.
Deal documentation:
Most of the PM's time will be spent managing deal documentation reviews and approvals. Responsibilities include:
Ensure the team is meeting its stated SLAs.
Manage documentation (e.g. contracts, amendments, business letters, etc.) reviews and approvals with the team and designated approvers. (e.g. contracts, amendments, business letters, etc.) for new and renewing deals.
Submit all documentation for compliance adherence and tracking.
Work closely with licensing to cross reference existing program agreements and understand custom terms and language when renewal contracts are drafted.
Ensure program frameworks, deals and amendments are compliant with approval matrix.
Participate in weekly deal review meetings to ensure the team has visibility of newly submitted deals.
Deal execution:
Troubleshoot operational and incentive issues with Ops teams.
Work with licensing to update and manage program documents (Price List, Eligible Device List, submission forms) - and post to DPC (Device Partner Center).
Support account teams as needed with agreement submissions, Contract Review desk submissions, and guidance through CAT submissions.
Stakeholders and v-team:
Maintain detailed reports monthly (OPP Eligible Device Lists)
Create program resource guides, FAQs, process documentation, and content to ensure smooth onboarding and decrease churn.
Adhere to all SLAs - with sellers as well as internal business partners.
Maintain working relationships with stakeholders across compliance, operations, CELA (legal), licensing, services and partner teams.
Build trust and confidence with our business partners by developing and demonstrating strong collaborative relationships.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Years of Experience:
3-5 years of experience.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient with Excel including using functions, pivot tables, and charts.
Proven ability to successfully facilitate cross-functional communications.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptable to changing business needs.
DPS/OEM experience is a plus.
Degree/Certs:
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Disqualifiers:
Less than 3 years of experience, job hopping/not completing contracts.
Best:
Best candidates will have 5+ years of experience, as well as DPS/OEM experience.
