Maintenance Duties Evaluate and inspect facility conditions and identify deficiencies in buildings and grounds Coordinate with Civil Engineers and contractors for maintenance or repairs that cannot be completed in-house Submit facility work orders through Civil Engineering in coordination with the Flight Chief Maintain and update the Base Equipment Control Officer (BECO) spreadsheet to track classroom and testing equipment Provide current inventory records to the Flight Chief or Education and Training Section Chief (E&TSC) upon request Turn in unserviceable equipment and clear it from inventory records Perform and document annual and change-of-custodian equipment inventories Initiate a Report of Survey if equipment is missing Administer all Facilities Management duties, including warranty coordination Inspect for safety hazards and report issues per Air Force Instruction (AFI) 91-203 Submit AF Form 332 when corrective action is needed Ensure compliance with Air Force Space Command Manual (AFSPCMAN) 91-710 for space-related facilities IV.
