Position Overview
Engenium is seeking a Program Manager to support a defense-focused manufacturing environment. This role owns delivery performance, schedule execution, and supplier coordination across assigned programs. The Program Manager works closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure products are delivered on time, to specification, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. While the Program Manager does not manage direct reports, they are expected to be physically present on the production floor frequently, and multiple times per day during critical month-end or delivery periods.
This is a replacement role following an internal promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Own cost, schedule, and delivery performance for assigned manufacturing programs
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers
Work closely with Procurement and Buyers to resolve supplier delays, material shortages, and production bottlenecks
Track and manage program schedules, identifying risks and escalating issues as needed
Collaborate daily with the Director of Manufacturing / Production to support shop-floor execution

Job Overview:
L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior ProjectManager to lead operations at our satellite office in Daytona Beach. This individual will play a key role in overseeing office activities, managing multiple construction projects, and helping to build, mentor and support a strong local team! The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a hands on management style, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team to ensure project and office success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and oversight for the Daytona Beach office, ensuring operational efficiency and team alignment.
* Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, adhering to schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with field superintendents, project engineers, and subcontractors to drive project progress and resolve issues.
* Lead, mentor, and support staff, promoting professional development and fostering a strong team environment and good company culture.
* Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
* Uphold company safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
* 5 + years preferred experience in projectmanagement, with a focus on water and wastewater construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, treatment plants, and associated construction processes.
* Experience with construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
* Proficiency in construction management software.
* Proven track record of managingprojects from start to finish while staying on schedule and within budget.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
* Proficient in projectmanagement software and tools. Experience with Excel and Procore is a plus.

Major Functions The County of Volusia is seeking a Business Applications Section Manager for the InformationTechnology division. This position will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing innovative digital solutions that enhance government operations and improve efficiency across departments. The role involves utilizing advanced technologies to rapidly develop custom applications, streamline processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives throughout the organization.
NOTE: The selected candidate must work extended hours when needed to complete critical projects and respond to county emergencies or activations.

* Manages a service area including personnel (staffing, discipline, hiring, evaluations, and schedules); budget, goals, and priorities; purchasing, etc.

* Reviews and evaluates new and existing information systems and services; provides analysis to ensure operational and maintenance effectiveness, timeliness, and level of benefit.
* Analyzes present and future technology needs and issues for county departments; prepares recommendations and specifications accordingly.
* Reviews solutions on how best to use informationtechnology to solve business problems.
* Compiles, analyzes, and summarizes information from various sources; prepares reports on applicability of information to the county and makes recommendations.
* Develops and recommends section budgets and participates in development of the overall division budget; manages and monitors approved section budget.
* Establishes and maintains section processes for compliance with division and countywide fixed asset tracking requirements.
* Develops and manages relationships between the County and outside agencies.
* Provides technical advice to staff, including consulting with staff on advanced coding and technical configuration of systems.

Minimum Requirements
Seven (7) years of experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fieldin which three (3) of those years should beprogressively responsible experience managing computer systems staff, services, and/or operations.
