AT A GLANCE: The IT Security Manager reports directly to the VP of IT/BI and is part of the IT/BI Department. The IT Security Manager is responsible for safeguarding the organization's digital assets by managing and monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO-27001, PCI-DSS). Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead security-related projects and initiatives. Clearly convey ideas, expectations, and feedback to teams, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels. Build strong relationships and a positive work culture.
