The Lead - Finance Special Projects is responsible for driving targeted process improvement initiatives within the Finance function. Lead and execute special projects such as benchmarking, process redesign, identification and implementation of automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements.
Partner with Finance teams and relevant stakeholders to assess current processes, recommend solutions, and drive the execution of approved initiatives.
Facilitate collaboration and the sharing of best practices across Finance, acting as a connector between teams to promote alignment and continuous improvement.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery of process improvement objectives.
Support the change management process by developing training materials, communications, and capability-building programs as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.
Track and report on key performance indicators and value metrics for process improvement projects.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of demonstrated experience in benchmarking, process improvement, projectmanagement, or transformation initiatives, ideally within Finance or a related corporate function.
2+ years of project leadership experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience with process design methodologies, automation technologies, and reporting tools is highly desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

Role Summary
This remote full‑time role is both strategic and technical. Key Responsibilities 1. IT Management and Infrastructure
Oversee the health of networks and infrastructure by developing troubleshooting strategies and disaster recovery plans to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the ProjectManager/Business Analyst position is to lead and ensure the successful management and delivery of projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints by providing projectmanagement oversight and developing or leading the development of detailed project business requirements. In addition, the incumbent may lead efforts to document business processes and to identify process improvement opportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
ProjectManagement
Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

Implement and execute project communication plans. Ensure that project members, affected department management and executive leadership are kept apprised of project status. Escalate issues promptly.
Conduct project post-mortems.
Project Portfolio ManagementManage a portfolio of projects and work with the IS Manager and CIO to ensure appropriate scheduling of individual projects to minimize conflicts and maximize success.
Business Analyst
Actively engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and gain understanding of business requirements by conducting interviews and working sessions
Evaluate business process, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvements and develop and implement solutions
Perform requirements analysis
Document and communicate results of analysis
Business Processes Reengineering
Lead efforts to document business processes. Train department management and staff on UHA's standard methodologies for business process documentation, and lead/assist in the elicitation and documentation of processes.
Lead/assist department management and staff in analyzing business processes, identifying process improvement opportunities and developing recommendations/business cases for specific improvement projects.

We are looking for an experienced ProjectManager capable of managing complex mid-size commercial roofing projects. Core Responsibilities
1. Project Setup & Buyout

Write and track RFIs that move design decisions forward quickly.
Enforce QC/QA requirements across institutional, educational, and government-regulated projects.
4. Financial & Contract Management
Own your project financials-budget control, cost events, forecasting, and change order management.
Ensure accurate alignment between construction management platforms and ERP systems for commitments and billing.
Issue monthly progress billing and maintain contract compliance.
Make informed decisions that protect margins and reduce risk.
5. Field Leadership & Quality
Lead all key coordination rhythms: site huddles, subcontractor meetings, and OAC meetings.
Support foremen and inspectors with forward-looking communication and clear expectations.
Perform site walks to verify quality, safety, and schedule progress, taking action where needed.
