The primary role of the Service Health Analyst/ IT Risk Management Sr. Analyst is to continuously drive service improvements by proactively analyzing services to identify risks and issues that have the potential to impact a service availability and performance. To facilitate this effort, Service Management product tools including but not limited to, Service Management Framework (SMF), Production Readiness Assessment (PRA) and Functional Maturity Model (FMM) will be adopted and form part of the Analysts tool kit. Following the analysis, the Risk Management/ Service health Analyst will be expected to create service improvement plans (SIP) to remediate identified risks and track progress to conclusion.
Responsibilities:

Delivery of the Service Health and Risk Management objectives for the region. Discovery of risks within the IT Production Environment. Creation, documentation, and management of "get healthy" objectives, that align to each risk identified. Develops and on-going maintenance of Sr. Mgmt updates of the Service Health activities. Collaborate with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts and from multiple IT teams including but not limited to: infrastructure, distributed application, and development. Establishes health check management in partnership with support team (inventory, thresholds, triggers, tools, scripts, and procedures) maintaining consistency across all application and domains. Production of consolidated Risk/Service assessments, Operational reporting and Service Improvement management. Articulate risks and opportunities, influence and direct the appropriate resolutions, and effectively communicate and influence at the most senior levels. Manages the Service Health Function in ensuring that the Products are implemented according to schedule and reported accurately to the Senior Management.



Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in development and production support in information technology. Financial institute experience is preferred. Understanding of the IT environment to include network, data centers and related technology and applications Exposure to multiple IT environments (Windows, Distributed, Mainframe etc.) Exposure to different database (DB2, Oracle, MySQL, Mongo etc.) Successful experience managing the product life cycle, developing programs and framework required for the design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting for the identification of best practices Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool with understanding in areas of of how ServiceNow works including incident, problem, change and configuration management modules. Strong analytic skills including trend analysis and data quality validation methodologies. Expert with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Strong executive-level communication skills; both in writing and verbally. Confidence to work with a broad range or teams/disciplines Strong attention to detail will assist in data quality control and documentation consistency Ideal candidate will have process reengineering experience and have experience in driving change. Process management (including quality and service management, iTIL, Six Sigma, CMMi, SRE) or organizational effectiveness/development preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and influencing skills. Self-directed, motivated and managed; ability to deal with imperfect information, decision and drive to successful conclusions. Comfortable working in fast paced environment and ability to handle constant pressure, juggle multiple demands. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and forming logical actions as result Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries. Excellent relationship management skills with business units.

What will I be doing?
The Sr Analyst Business IT delivers strategic business analysis services to technology and business partners by working closely with a broad set of business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. Key deliverables include requirements framework, workflow diagrams, and the development of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, which are agreed upon during backlog grooming, prior to development sprints.
The Senior Business Analyst collaborates with Architecture, Business Product Owners, Developers, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the desired capabilities are properly articulated. You will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Elicit, analyze, and document requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
Plan the business analysis effort, contribute to how requirements will be managed, and review deliverables with IT and Business stakeholders for quality and consistency
Partner with leadership to develop process improvements or re-engineering, recommending elimination as well as integrating new systems and processes with existing ones
Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key collaborators to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies; Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple partners
Identify, document, and quantify business needs; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
Collaborate closely with architects and developers to implement requirements as User Stories for the Scrum team, partnering with the business Product Owner, and Quality Assurance, to gain approval of User Stories for each sprint
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation - finding opportunities for efficiency proactively
Create and maintain success metrics, reports, issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates

About the team:

Our team is responsible for high level support for security on 18 FIS based NonStop servers and 8 Legacy Sungard systems. • Executes security controls to prevent hackers from infiltrating company information or jeopardizing programs.• Maintains security systems and administers security policies to control access to systems.• Creates information security documentation related to work area and completes requests in accordance with company requirements.• Responds to information security-related questions and inquiries using established information security tools and procedures.• Provision Process ID accounts on Tandem HP NonStop Servers• Implements and administers information security controls using Safeguard and XYPRO security products: Xygate XOS/XAC/XPQ.• Identifies opportunities and executes plans to improve workflow and understands and quantifies business impacts of those improvements for communication to management.• Interfaces with user community to understand security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them. Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security.• Provides status reports on security matters to develop security risk analysis scenarios and response procedures.
• Monitor and maintain password controls and policies across NonStop platforms.
• Proactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce risk of security exposures on the support systems and applications
• Participate in on-call team rotation schedule
• Assist in Security Audits and provide detailed collateral as needed.
• Review, configure and update Role Based Access groups for internal employees.

What you bring for experience:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
· Experience in Safeguard and XYPRO software required
· Experience in TACL preferred
· Knowledge of network and security technologies.
· Experience with network design and engineering.
