The InformationTechnology Assurance Specialist's primary function is working with Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting SMC Directorates and/or AFSPC Operational Units. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces for computer system(s) assigned.

Perform VTC System Administration, Scheduling, & Configuration, Account Creations, changes, & deletions, Hardware/Software System Configuration, upgrades and modifications, Media Control & Accountability, and COMSEC account/equipment management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
8+ years total related experience
6+ years of relevant SCI experience.
Must have CompTIA Sec + certificate as outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2 and Information Assurance Manager Level 1 within 6 months of the date of hire.
Must complete training on Joint Security Implementation Guidance (JSIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) (if supported organization requires development of AIS accreditation packages).
Willingness to travel with the scope of the Program's Area of Responsibility (AOR) (note- could be extensive and will include both air and ground transportation).
Preferred Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Procurement, Invoicing, and Vendor Management
1. Manage IT purchasing requests, including procurement of hardware, software, and office/facility supplies.
2. Track and process all IT and departmental renewals to ensure continuity of services.
3. Negotiate with vendors to secure good pricing, discounts, and contract terms, generating cost savings.
4. Maintain and oversee expense reports across multiple departments (IT, facilities, office administration, etc.).
5. Conduct monthly credit card reconciliation meetings to accelerate approval processes.
6. Resolve vendor disputes and secure refunds/credits as needed.
7. Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
8. Manage software asset inventory to track IT renewals and costs using systems such as ITSM.
9. Maintain accurate records of all invoices, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
Health Informatics/EMR Support
1. Assist with the creation and maintenance of EMR accounts across multiple hospital systems.
2. Track and prepare EMR account batch submissions for timely provisioning.
3. Document EMR-related workflows and support staff responsiveness tracking.
4. Collaborate with clinical and IT staff to resolve access issues and ensure compliance with hospital requirements.
5. Coordinate follow-ups on pending items and escalate to leadership as needed

Physical Environment/Working Conditions:
Location: Primarily Azusa Corporate; occasional travel to Bakersfield, Redlands, Orange, and hospital facilities as needed. All OneLegacy buildings are non-smoking facilities.
Travel: The InformationTechnologySpecialist is occasionally required to travel by personal auto or air to meeting sites and other locations.
Work Hours: Performs a forty-hour workweek as determined by assigned shift. Assigned days and/or shift can be changed according to staffing needs. Must be available evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (BS) in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, purchasing, or finance support. Experience in managing invoices, renewals, and vendor negotiations required. Exposure to healthcare, EMR system, or IT asset management is a plus, but not required.
Skills: Proficient knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Windows, and Snag It programs.
License: OneLegacy requires employees to maintain a current California driver's license and current vehicle insurance based on California minimum insurance coverage standards.

Reliable automotive transportation required.
Salary Range: $61,700 - $84,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, OneLegacy considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

About the role
Seeking an experienced and versatile IT Technician to support both our traditional office IT infrastructure and the unique AV technologies used in gallery spaces. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from swapping projector lamps and configuring digital signage using BrightSigns to creating and managing user accounts in an Active Directory environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks through a structured ticketing system.
What you'll do
Help Desk & Ticketing System
Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for IT issues and requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems for staff across multiple departments.
Document solutions, escalate complex issues, and track resolution in a centralized ticketing system.
IT Infrastructure Support
Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory, ensuring proper permissions and security policies.
Manage network access, permissions, and shared resources in coordination with the museum's IT policies.
Perform routine maintenance on office computers, peripherals, and network devices.
Install, update, and configure software, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
Gallery AV & Exhibition Support
Set up and maintain AV equipment, including projectors, audio systems, and digital signage (e.g., BrightSigns).
Troubleshoot issues related to displays, media playback, and gallery installations to ensure smooth visitor experiences.
Manage projector maintenance tasks, such as changing projector lamps and cleaning or replacing filters.
Printer and Copier Maintenance
Administer and maintain office printers, copiers, and multi-functional devices, including print server configurations.
Monitor consumables (toner, paper) and coordinate replacements or repairs to minimize downtime.
Documentation & Inventory
Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Keep accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, and AV components.
Coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed for equipment purchases, warranties, or repairs.
Security & Compliance
Follow and enforce IT security protocols and best practices, including antivirus, firewall configurations, and password policies.
Ensure systems comply with museum standards and relevant industry regulations.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with museum staff, external vendors, and other IT team members to identify and address technology needs.
Provide basic training and guidance to staff on using hardware, software, and AV equipment.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in InformationTechnology or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience in IT/technical support roles considered.
Demonstrated experience managing Active Directory, network shares, and user permissions.
Experience with setting up and troubleshooting AV systems (e.g., projectors, digital signage solutions like BrightSigns).
Technical Skills:
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills (Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
Microsoft Active Domain, Networking, Server Migration skills
Familiarity with networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and switches.
Proficiency with printer administration, including print servers and driver management.
Understanding of ticketing systems and issue tracking for efficient workflow management.
