+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Ability to work remotely with some travel to client sites based on stakeholder needs

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Prior management consulting experience

MON-FRI. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS with EVERY FRIDAY BEING A HALF DAY! (position is full-time, 40 hours)

Candidates must be within communicating distance, this position is located directly at our headquarters in Sumner, WA.

This is not your typical IT position but has been created for this team. You will be focused on Automation, Integration, and Migration (AIM) and must have a creative mind with the ability to think out of the box, solve puzzles and have an amazing eye for detail. This is all in addition to the more traditional tasks of an IT specialist.

If you are looking for a company with upward mobility, this is an excellent opportunity!

Looking for someone with experience working with CRM (client relationship management) systems and integrating software platforms. Experience building automated workflows in software systems, having worked with programs like Zapier, Integrated, or the like.

Experience with Real Estate CRM and lead source software, transaction management software is not needed but is a plus.

Compensation:

$18 - $24 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

  • Building automation and integrations for internal processes of company clients
  • Migrating data from clients' old systems to new updated systems
  • Working well with clients to find out what services they need, train them on the systems that are built for them, and provide follow-through and upkeep for those systems
  • collaborate with peers to share knowledge and training

  • Need to be able to self-teach new systems to create what the client wants (take an existing system, and when a client wants new capabilities, you have to decide how to make that happen)
  • Must be local to the area and able to commute to our headquarters in Sumner, WA

You will gain experience in IT that will be used by an active user base and will constantly be challenged with new concepts that will drive our company's ability to service our clients.

The work you will be doing will provide assistance to your team at headquarters while also working on projects that help our clients better their business capabilities.
