Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING

Five or more years in a Help Desk or Technical role with troubleshooting experience and proven day to day operational skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior church experience desired.

Technical certification is desirable such as MCP, MCSA, MCITP or MCSE (Microsoft), A+ (computer hardware), CompTIA+, Apple Certification, CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, etc.

The Contractor shall serve as a senior representative at internal events or other relevant events and displays an understanding of the Sponsor’s strategic vision and objectives.

The Contractor shall provide training services including the analysis of training requirements, the creation and maintenance of training plans, the preparation of training materials, the development of Computer Based Training (CBT), and the delivery of training courses for system administrators and operators across multiple environments.

The Contractor shall provide these training services within the WMA and remotely via Video Teleconference (VTC).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute procedures for the procurement of hardware and software assets working with vendors and WNA IT associates.
Assist in monitoring and assessing process metrics, KPIs, and process improvements.
