Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently recruiting for Adult Residential Support Professionals for a new addictions recovery program in Oconomowoc, WI. LSS Recovery Center Oconomowoc provides up to 30 beds for adult women in need of Medically Monitored Treatment and Transitional Residential Treatment. Services are gender specific and trauma informed. The facility does allow for infants up to age 3 months to reside with their mothers who are receiving SUD treatment services.
As as Support Professional, your role is to help these ladies stay clean and sober, adhere to the requirements of the program, pass medication, provide meals, complete household chores, etc. This is a part-time, weekend only position, 10 hr days and a one hour staff meeting during the week. The role offers pay at $17.75/hr.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:

Supports, interacts with, and monitors residents within established policies and procedures, providing positive role modeling
Records observations relating to actions and behavior of residents and maintains records and reports as required
Performs general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed. “laundry equipment” - it's regular household washers and dryers….May organize and distribute clothing, bedding and other supplies
Provides medication monitoring or medication administration as outlined in specific program policies
Provides information concerning status of clients to external partners within established guidelines. Is mindful of confidentiality requirements specific to the program
Identifies emergencies or crisis situations and responds appropriately
Maintains awareness of clinical treatment plan and supports residents in achieving goals
Ability to work independently and problem solve efficiently
Attends staff meetings and participates in training activities as required
Maintains confidential client information and records
May assist with meal preparation and other life skills for residents
May assist with grocery shopping for the facility
May transport residents to meetings, services, appointments and other activities
May be responsible for collecting urine specimens for urinalysis and administering breathalyzer tests

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
A High School Diploma or GED Equivalency is required for the position. Possess standard reading, writing, math skills, problem solving capability, and the ability to accept/follow through with direction and both recognize and adhere to professional boundaries. The ability to provide services and function as a team member with patience, self-control and flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate independently in a specialized technical area after completing internal certifications and field validation.
Support the sales team by preparing accurate and technically sound proposals within their area of expertise.
Provide on-site technical execution for events, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and fulfillment branches to align technical execution with event goals.
Assist with event logistics including labor coordination, equipment packaging, rentals, and freight services.
Troubleshoot and resolve AV and IT-related issues during setup and execution.
Maintain open communication with Account Executives and Project Management staff.
Occasionally fill other roles as needed, maintaining flexibility while prioritizing their core specialty.
Contribute to regional KPIs including proposal turnaround, personnel utilization, customer satisfaction, and event profitability.
Participate in cross-regional knowledge sharing and best practice alignment.

You will answer queries on basic-advance technical issues and offer advice to solve them. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company's reputation and business.

Duties
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Performing basic-intermediate remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Provide some support to entry-level support personnel
Direct unresolved/complex issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Requirements
Experience a help desk technician or other customer support role
Tech savvy and working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
Knowledgeable of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

About the Role
Geeks on Site is seeking skilled and dependable on-call IT Field Technicians to provide onsite troubleshooting, repair, and setup for residential and small business clients.
You'll handle a range of technical issues across Windows PCs, Macs, printers, and scanners, including both hardware and software diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices
Troubleshoot OS problems: boot errors, blue/black screens, login failures
Perform clean-ups and system tune-ups for slow/unresponsive machines
Assist with wired and wireless internet connectivity issues
Replace hardware components: hard drives, fans, RAM, etc.

Requirements

Familiarity with commercial printers/scanners is a plus
Must own necessary tools (bootable USBs, screwdrivers, diagnostic gear, etc.)
