Accept and process virtual call inquiries, providing "how to" assistance for specific problems.
Accept and process virtual call inquires for hardware and software.
Open a call ticket for every customer contact and determine and document scope, impact, and priority; resolve or escalate to incident (level-2).
Follow-up with customers, vendors, or SSA components, as required, to resolve problems and ensure ticket updates are current.
Close all tickets only when a problem has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction and all steps to resolve an issue are completely documented in the service tickets.
Create a report detailing all open, severity-1 issues encountered up until the time of the report creation and submit to the designated distribution list.
Gather information and follow required diagnostic procedures.
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Education:
The candidate must hold at least one of the following certifications: HDI Customer Service Representative, HDI Desktop Support Technician or an A+ certification.

Compensation

The City Support Lead will lead technical assistance delivery for Civic Engagement programs to build the capacity of public servants to create better, longer lives for city residents. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Work directly with Center and initiative leadership to design and deliver multimillion-dollar, multi-year programs.
Lead the development and delivery of the program's city hall support and engagement in coordination with staff, vendors, partner organizations, and philanthropic funders.
Manage a world-class team responsible for providing direct technical assistance to city teams in the design, development, and delivery of new services and policy approaches in the partner cities. This may also include personally providing support to a portfolio of cities.
Conceptualize, prepare, and monitor technical assistance programs to provide client support and to promote research and dissemination and iterative program development.
Design and facilitate direct connections and collaborative learning opportunities among cohorts' cities, helping to identify and respond to cross-cutting opportunities and challenges.
Develop, recommend, and administer policies, procedures, and processes in support of programmatic operations.
Support the development of program artifacts such as briefings, messaging, and presentations.
Prepare and present project status reports, risk management, and other program lifecycle reports and documentation to Center's leadership, program partners, and funder.
Coordinate development and submission of donor deliverables.
Onboard and provide regular training to program staff in best practices and delivery methods.
