Provide customer follow up support for open, outstanding support requests and strive for a timely resolution
Provides enhanced desktop and user support service to VIP customers
Contributes knowledge and updated information to maintain the Desktop Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Training manuals for support
Follows an ITIL process to resolve incidents from beginning to end and has a very mature customer service outlook.

IT Administrator
The IT Administrator will provide on-site support to manage Enabled's IT infrastructure including desktops, physical servers, Kubernetes environments, and cloud-based platforms on both the unclassified and classified networks. This role includes close coordination with external Managed Service Providers, and requires adherence to IT security policies.
Responsibilities
Manage Windows and Linux physical and virtual servers
Provision user accounts in accordance with security procedures
Maintain existing Kubernetes environments and ensure health of deployed applications
Provision and configure user workstations in support of onboarding new employees
Provide onsite deskside support for user issues
Develop and maintain baseline configurations for unclassified desktops
Coordinate with Managed Service Providers for system implementation of managed network components
Ensure desktop and server compliance with patch management policies
Develop scripts and automations to minimize manual input of common tasks
Troubleshoot networking connectivity issues on all corporate networks
Support quarterly asset audits
Required Qualifications and Skills
At least 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
At least 3 years of experience managing Linux-based operating systems
Hands-on experience managing resources in Microsoft 365 environment
Experience deploying Kubernetes-based applications into Production
Active Top Secret Clearance (with eligibility to garner TS-SCI)
Ability to take initiative, ownership and problem solve in a dynamic environment
CompTIA Security+
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Hands-on experience with Rocky Linux
Technical proficiency with managed Windows desktops
Hands-on experience provisioning and managing workstations with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
Hands-on experience managing firewall, switch, and router network devices
Hands-on experience supporting AWS environment
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to lift 25lbs and set up workstations including monitors, desktop computers and hardware
Clearance

Work Location

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Mission Services IT Network Intern to support the IT and networking needs across Mission Services and retail locations. This hands-on internship offers valuable field experience in network diagnostics, infrastructure assessment, and hardware support, contributing directly to RGI’s mission of workforce development and community service.
Key Responsibilities
· Assess and document WiFi performance across 15+ Goodwill and community work locations.
· Conduct on-site WiFi testing using standardized documentation and procedures.
· Evaluate existing bandwidth services (Verizon, Comcast, etc.) at retail locations and recommend improvements.
· Support installation and maintenance of IT hardware at the Fredericksburg Career Center.
· Assess the on-site data center, recommend server cleanup and assist with the decommissioning of outdated equipment.
· Travel regularly to satellite retail and service sites to troubleshoot connectivity and support network improvements.
