Our team develops the annual Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Sets (HEDIS) data extracts to allow quality comparisons with Medicaid programs nationwide. The Vermont Chronic Care Initiative (VCCI) depends on our provision of weekly claims and monthly eligibility data for Care Coordination and new member outreach. Data analysts in this team respond to `ad hoc' data requests from DVHA staff and other AHS departments and state agencies.
