Job Description
The IT Security Operations Administrator's role is to ensure the secure operation of the DPH computer systems, servers, and network connections. Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
