Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered. Call volume is variable but is usually 1-4 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day. You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day. You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day. The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you. You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Reports To: IT Manager Requirements Responsibilities Include: Microsoft Server management and maintenance of shares, groups, file security and backups. Support of Local Area Network environment utilizing Cisco switches. Maintains and administrates Cisco phone system and voicemail. Hardware installation and support for PCs, printers, plotters, TVs, projectors, tablets, cell phones etc. Set up new network accounts and computers. Maintain Active Directory services (Users and Computers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management). Support for DVR/camera installation and support. Specs out new equipment and installation and makes recommendations. Preferred Qualifications, Education & Experience: Experience with network administration of a Microsoft environment consisting of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. Strong experience with hardware and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocol. Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server. Experience with network security (antivirus, antispyware, firewalls, switches, VPN, etc.). Knowledge of Cisco routers, switches. Understanding of O/S performance tuning, hardware, and applications. Understanding of backup and recovery processes. Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication and team skills. Required qualifications include a minimum 2-year technical degree in a related field or 2 years recent experience working in an Information Systems environment. Benefits Compensation at an attractive salary rate, ranging from $60,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
