    POSITION OVERVIEW: The IT Desktop Support Technician II provides intermediate-level technical support, conducting independent field work and resolving more complex issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Support & Troubleshooting: * Independently resolve a broad range of user issues on-site and remotely. * Accurately diagnose and document technical problems in Easy Vista. * Identify patterns in routine issues to suggest resolutions. Hardware & Software Deployment: * Deploy and maintain a variety of devices including desktops, laptops, and AV equipment. * Conduct hardware and software installations, upgrades, and repairs. * Maintain inventory systems and assist in asset tracking.
