Summary:
The IT Manager, Engineering-Serivce-H2 Systems will help solution, improve, and deliver applications for the purpose of supporting the processes surrounding Engineering, Service, H2 and other related areas. The Manager will work with IT and functional leadership to establish the strategic direction for the departments, mobilize on critical imperatives, and support tactical delivery of platforms and systems to drive efficiency and productivity throughout the function. This position encompasses strategy, delivery, and alignment within various IT disciplines including Applications, ERP, and Business Intelligence. Critical involvement and support will include, among others, Plug's PLM Systems, CAD/Simulation Tools, ECR/ECN Processes, Field Service, Service, H2, Ordering and Logistics. This includes partnering to support prioritized business needs of the Executive staff.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Advance, accelerate, and solution critical PLM, CAD, Field Service, H2 ecosystem, and related tool needs as identified by Engineering, Service, H2, and other Business Unit leadership.Work with internal customers and external suppliers, business partners, to architect and build system solutions for using the latest technologies to satisfy requirements Manage suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders through development and implementation of critical imperatives Partner with other IT teams to drive solutions, track initiates, properly resource, and ensure awareness Support Plug Power's modernization processes as a key stakeholder, responsible for driving key initiatives from inception, through incubation, to delivery.
