The Team Lead, Information Technology is responsible for executing tactical components to achieve deliverables set by department manager, to include but not limited to components of projects from design through implementation while performing supervision and support of IT team members.
Essential Functions:

Education and Experience:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities

Assume daily management responsibility for health of Server & PC endpoints across Arconic's IT & OT Environments
Manage implementation projects in the Endpoint Management space for process improvements across the Arconic computing environment
Collaborate with system architects to deliver outcomes that support Arconic's business processes

Key Objectives

Manage team of individuals that maintain and support Windows Endpoints across Arconic
Lead effort to provide software delivery, patching, and automation of staging to Business and Process Control systems
Support major initiatives for Arconic IT to integrate more deeply with manufacturing processes

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
5 years expereince in Windows endpoint adminsitration.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified IT candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing a team of resources in an onshore & offshore model
Experience with supporting endpoints in process control areas (Levels 3 & below in the Purdue Model)
Working knowledge and hands on experience with SCCM Current Branch
Working knowledge and hands on experience with SQL queries, SQLExpress, & PowerShell/VBScript/ETC
Experience with the following:

Auditing of hardware/software inventory
Recommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security procedures

Microsoft Defender
Extensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software deployments using both the Application and Package models (familiar with MSI/MSP deployments) along with patch deployment methodologies, under standard change control processes within large size corporations.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system patching: Windows 10, Windows 10 LTSC, & Windows 10 LTSC IoT, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019
Experience with SCCM reporting using SSRS and PowerBI
Active Directory; including replication, GPO and DNS.

Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural documentation
Provides technical leadership to project teams
