JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide strong central oversight to deliver consistency and quality in compliance work across the organization-all IT functions and capabilities

Communicate governance and compliance objectives to ensure an appropriate compliance and risk aware culture

Support the evaluation of program resources and assist in the procurement of tools, internal resources and/or external resources, as applicable, to ensure proper execution of the compliance program

Evaluate general and specific training needs and perform such to support the control environment and associated control framework

Interact with various business groups to understand how they use IT systems in order to assess whether systems should be included within the scope of the various compliance areas (SOX, PCI, etc.)

Oversee the team(s) that performs IT General Computer Controls (GCC) testing and ensure quality of testing results and working paper documentation

Identify gaps in the design and operating effectiveness of controls, and identify opportunities for more efficient and effective controls

Lead the innovation and continuous improvement of internal control framework, including the integration of multiple compliance requirements

Work with IT managers, Internal Audit and External Audit to develop continuous monitoring and technology-enabled audit techniques

Regularly interact with management to convey findings identified through walkthroughs and testing, assess the risk and impact of deficiencies, and make recommendations for remediation
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to interpret regulations and laws and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
General knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.), operating systems and network operating system, with a strong desire to learn more about these and other technologies. Hands-on knowledge of audit working paper organization and preparation, including test and remediation plans and supporting documentation Excellent presentation, project management, problem-solving, training/coaching, and conflict resolution skills. General knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley, ITIL or other control frameworks Ability to explain technical jargon in simplified terms.
Ability to track and manage numerous parallel activities. Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines) Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment. BENEFITS:

As the IT Delivery Lead , you will report to the Manager IT and is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery within their assigned product, projects, or feature teams, within the context of an agile DevOps delivery model. This evolving leadership role blends multiple topics including Project Manager, Business Analyst, Agile Master, and Operations Manager roles based on the specific needs of the organization.

In the role, you will define tasks and goals at a project level and ensuring IT and provider resources are attaining those goals. You will manage product and section financial forecasting processes. You will also coordinate activities with business product owners and project managers.

You will lead business, IT and provider resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient projects. You will execute appropriate ITPM delivery tasks, activities and deliverables as necessary to ensure project success. In addition, you will manage key project management processes and artifacts to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in a technical / business field or similar educational standing or equivalent work experience

7+ years of progressively increasing professional experience in IT

5+ years in a senior level role

3+ years business analysis/requirements management

3+ years project management or agile delivery

• BS in Computer Science or MIS, or equivalent experience
• Strong Experience in API Management Administration, Authentication and Authorization
• Must have Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), or equivalent implementation experience
• Must have 5+ years’ experience in Systems Architecture
• Must have 3+ years’ experience with cloud-based Integration platforms
• Must have Strong background in Application Development and IT Infrastructure
• Strong Project Management and Technical Resource Management skills preferred
• Azure or equivalent cloud-based platform experience is preferred

Compensation range $130,000-$140,000 + annual incentive program depending on geography & experience.

Position Summary:

Technical expert leads the application architecture and development efforts for enterprise level applications. Develops technical strategy for a particular application or suite of applications. Ensures system integrity and a stable system with proper controls and systems including up to date document applications architecture and development expert. Leads the team from a technical perspective in the areas of application architecture, systems analysis and design, and software programming. Creates technical specifications and high level system architecture diagrams. Works with business analysts to refine business requirements based on technical feasibility. Develops prototypes. Ensures that technical specifications are kept current during the development process. Ensures that the estimates in the technical specification are accurate. Defines the high level software development practices and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience as a senior software developer, applications architect or applications systems analyst programmer including 3 years project management
