Responsibilities include:
Business Systems & CMiC Support
Provide hands-on support for CMiC users across enterprise and field teams.
Incident management to include ticket creation, triage and diagnosis, escalation and communication if needed, and testing and user-acceptance.
Manage user accounts, security settings, and system access for CMiC and other business systems.
Assist with CMiC configurations, module updates, and troubleshooting.

Partner with business leaders, IT, and Build U stakeholders to align training content with operational needs and organizational priorities.
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting FAQs to support self-service learning.
Identify skill gaps and recommend training improvements to continuously raise system proficiency and effectiveness.
Support change management efforts by preparing users for system updates, new functionality, and process improvements.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in business systems support, IT support, or technical training.
Demonstrated experience delivering end-user training, facilitating workshops, and supporting onboarding for new and existing employees.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining structured training curricula, learning paths, and documented learning modules.
Experience creating and managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar training platforms (e.g., course creation, updates, tracking completion).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training materials for diverse audiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive
technological support to our attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals as they handle a
wide variety of personal injury cases.
The job consists of assisting with both the following tasks and any other IT
issues that arise:
Must be willing to travel.
Responsible to follow the principle of GMP to the best of their ability at all times.
Responsible for support and execution of installation, configuration,
maintenance, and support of local users computer, printer and software
Monitors network and server performance.
Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves technical problems in order to maintain
reliable user interface.
Where necessary, refers problems to vendor and supplier support services.
User support and issue management by phone, email, and Service Desk ticket
system.
Collaboration with senior technical staff and customers to perform PC, laptop,
server and other assessment services.
Perform physical labor on an as-needed basis to move and install PC's, printers,
servers, and other technology and facility assets.
Planning and execution of Windows OS and desktop application user training.

Who You AreThe IT Change, Problem & CMDB Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), overseeing change management processes, and ensuring the efficient handling of incidents and problems across the IT environment. Ensure the CMDB is kept up-to-date with accurate records of all IT assets, configurations, and dependencies.
Regularly audit CMDB data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
Track and maintain configuration items (CIs) and their relationships to ensure that all relevant data is accurately recorded.
Support the Change Management process, ensuring all changes to IT services and assets are accurately reflected in the CMDB.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, reviewing, approving, and ensuring that changes are appropriately tracked and documented.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure all changes are correctly communicated, implemented, and updated in the CMDB.
Act as the liaison for incident and problem management teams, ensuring proper communication and documentation of issues related to configuration items and assets.
Track and update CMDB entries as incidents and problems are resolved, ensuring that impacted configurations are appropriately updated.
Ensure the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of problems is captured and associated with relevant configuration items in the CMDB for future reference.
