Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.

The InformationTechnology Student Intern will be exposed to many aspects of the NRMC Information Systems Department. This position will shadow and work along with team members as they perform their daily duties. Additional projects may be assigned based on need and capability of the Student Intern.
