Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

As the Regional Technology Specialist, you will:
Be an integral part of J&J MedTech Electrophysiology US Field Sales & Service group reporting to a New Technology Manager (NTM), and closely partnering with, the Regional Business Director (RBDs) and Territory Managers (TMs).
Under the general direction of the manager and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, you will focus on:
Assessing and increasing the clinical competency development for the assigned workgroup's field organization, and assessing team members' clinical skills, identifying internal or external resources to fill training gaps and monitor/track improvement to a level of certification and beyond.
Launching new technologies; and have accountability for achieving geographically aligned business objectives. Through this support, they will be a strategic partner to implement emerging education related to new technologies, organizational directives and to quantifiably improve their workgroup's level of clinical competence. The end result should be that Electrophysiology personnel are recognized as best in industry for their commercial, technical and clinical competencies and that new technology is introduced flawlessly.
May also be accountable to provide technical and clinical product support to Electrophysiology (EP) physicians and laboratory staff for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems to enable practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation procedures.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians & EP laboratory staff in order to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications to grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization.
Partner with Territory Managers, Field Service Engineers and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities to meet business objectives.
Work in coordination with the NTM and Global Education & Training team to accurately assess the clinical skills of assigned electrophysiology clinical team members and establish a prioritized clinical development plan leading to continual growth and business goal attainment.
Facilitate the development of the assigned electrophysiology clinical team members to meet the requirements of the certification and ongoing clinical development process.
Develop & execute a workgroup-wide certification plan that brings 100% of the group to the targeted level and accurately assesses the clinical skills of assigned per diem clinical support and manages them through the per diem certification process. Measure, and is accountable, to quantifiable learning and growth in their assigned workgroup.
Partner with Sales and Service leaders to execute content for emerging and targeted areas of growth. Partner with various stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Global Education and Training to execute continual education of all sales and clinical field personnel.
Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP/IC Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO System and all appropriate software modules) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. Educate assigned customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training. Share best practices to increase value for customers.
Use and coach aligned workgroups on consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account. Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitates Territory Manager (TM) and Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business.
Drive collaboration and maintains consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/Pod (i.e. TM and other CAS), as well as the support team (i.e. other EP/Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD/KAM) and other internal and external partners.
Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues and internal partners.
Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP/IC lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment. Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.
Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders. Formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during session.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of relevant professional work experience.

The Opportunity The Memphis Grizzlies is looking for a Systems Administrator to provides support and contribute to the development, configuration, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, technology, and user devices as well as their overall reliable operation. The Systems Administrator will participate in application deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and enhancements to direct implementation steps and guarantee component compatibility.
The perfect candidate for this position will readily offer coaching to team members with less experience and collaborate with other technical experts and solutions owners to ensure long-term resolution. During services disruptions, this person will support root cause analyses and service restoration and provide an approach that is detail-oriented and inspires others.
In This Role You Will
Operational Support
* Lead system installation, upkeep, configuration, and integrity; proactively recognize risk, execute solutions, and stay away from functional effects during episodes; utilize a methodical approach to finding solutions; recommend and carry out suggestions for enhancing the performance and reliability of systems; breakdown limit and execution, figure framework limit; drive changes actively to avoid service disruptions; lead incident and problem management procedures and follow them.
* Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows Server systems (2016, 2019, and newer) across development, staging, and production environments.
* Administer and support enterprise services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMB, RDP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs); monitor system performance, review system logs, and optimize resource usage to prevent downtime; apply system updates, patches, and version upgrades for hardware and software; diagnose and resolve technical issues and outages related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure; monitor and maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
* Support off-hours maintenance activities.
Solution Support
* Serve as a liaison on significant projects.
* As needed, take part in system performance testing. Ensure that changes are appropriately recorded by adhering to change management procedures.
* Make use of your technical knowledge to make sure that the changes work with our environment; administer and support Azure-hosted services and Exchange Online, including mailbox provisioning, transport rules, policies, retention, and troubleshooting.
* Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, etc.).
* Configure conditional access policies in M365 Security & Compliance Center.
* Coordinate with security and service desk teams to ensure reliable user access and collaboration services.
Communication
* Prepare and present proposals, reports, and other writings for both internal and external audiences; assimilates and interprets other points of view into work processes; imparts formal technical or administrative expertise to others.
* Takes an active part in regular status meetings. Prepare written responses to inquiries and status reports.
* Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
* Contribute to knowledge base articles and end-user "how-to" content as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
The Experience You Will Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of related functional expertise.
* Experience managing VMware virtualization environments and ensuring compliance with required security standards.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
* Experience configuring Conditional Access Policies in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
* Familiarity with security policies and retention requirements to ensure service compliance.
* Ability to coordinate across teams and support enterprise-level collaboration platforms.
Nice to Have:
* Relevant professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, or CCNA, are preferred.
* Experience with Cloudflare is a plus.
* Experience with Privileged Access Management systems like BeyondTrust or Delinea is a plus.
* Knowledge of hospitality, venue management, sports, and entertainment, specifically NBA basketball.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Tier 1 Help Desk Technician will provide the initial point of contact for end-users to report all InformationTechnology related support and maintenance issues within the organization. Log all received issues into our help desk ticketing system (Service Now).
Classify and prioritize incidents.
Provide technical and functional support, resolving 70 percent of tickets during first contact.
Uses judgement to determine when to escalate incidents.
Monitors incidents to identify repetitive issues.
Develops knowledge articles to decrease resolution time.
Collaborates with Tier 2 support to enhance knowledge and improve service level agreements.
Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
Other work-related duties as assigned by your leader.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Two years' experience supporting hardware and software in a networked environment remotely is required.
Experience in a customer service environment is required.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10) is highly required.
Knowledge of Internet browsers. (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
