This is a doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Job Details:
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

The Security Analyst is responsible for the protection of the data and infrastructure utilized by CFS Brands and supported facilities. This position will function as the initial point of contact for the acknowledgment and investigation of cyber security alerts and incidents. This includes being the primary cyber security team member responsible for managing the security ticket queue, the team member responsible for creating and updating all cyber security standard operating procedures for handling each type of alert and incident, and this role will be responsible for managing the cyber security server patch management process.
Essential Duties:

Responsible for assigned security operations incidents and providing technical assistance when necessary.
Responsible for evaluating existing systems and providing technical direction to customers.
Responsible for maintaining and managing CFS Brands security systems and procedures to improve utilization or propose revision(s) of infrastructure operations.
Responsible for establishing processes and the execution of configuration, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and security management tools.
Accountable for communicating with personnel from various areas including staff, vendors, and department leadership to exchange information concerning security.
Responsible for applying a security framework and ensuring compliance from the business, vendors, and contractors.
Responsible for representing security during any Acquisition and Divestiture activity.
Responsible for recommending enhancements to the security infrastructure.
Accountable for monitoring compliance with applicable internal and external security and data protection policies.
Accountable for managing the security ticket queue and being the initial security team member to investigate and/or escalate alerts and incidents.
Administration of FortiSiem, EDR, XDR, Mimecast, KnowB4, and O365 Security and Compliance or similar tools.
