Required Skills & Qualifications

Exposure to manufacturing or plant IT environments is highly preferred.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting, patch management, and security remediation.
Experience managing hardware assets, printers, and scanners.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in an onsite plant environment.
Preferred Experience

This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.

Job Purpose
The Precision Technical Support Specialist for Construction Equipment is a team member within the Technical Support-Construction team. Team members have three primary roles:
* Provide expert technical advice to dealership service department personnel and Field Service team members,
* Provide input to improve reliability and serviceability of CNH Construction products, and

Pay Transparency

Northwestern Publishing House is the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod's publisher located in the WELS Center for Mission and Ministry in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The mission of Northwestern Publishing House (NPH) is to develop and deliver biblically sound Christ-centered resources within the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod and beyond.
Northwestern Publishing House is seeking a part-time IT Specialist. As part of our informationtechnology (IT) team you will daily support the work of connecting people with God's Word through the publishing and distribution of quality Christian books and gifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this important role, you will work closely with other IT staff and will be responsible for supporting the work of NPH by providing:
PC, Mac, and systems support
Systems security
Network administration
Business information
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, the IT Specialist will work to develop the skills of those they interact with.

Experience with Visual Basic for Applications
Experience with Crystal Reports
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong written and verbal communications skills are required to be successful in this position.
