Job Summary
Under the direction of the IT Manager and IT team, the IT Intern will support the company's computer systems focusing on ERP, end-user application support, and end-user computer support. Maintain and monitor PC software and configurations and provide support to the user community as part of our Help-Desk team. Assist the IT team in supporting Company network and computer facilities operations in all locations.
Job Responsibilities
• Support the company ERP and related systems. This may include user and system administration.
• Diagnose and solve IT-related problems that occur in the operation of the company computer hardware and software systems.
• Support the company-wide computer system maintenance, disaster recovery, and training plans.
• Maintain computer supplies area to support the maintenance plan.
• Install or repair company computers with standardized hardware, applications, and networking software.
• Interface with manufacturing to provide support for computer-related hardware and software. This may include industrial controls and networks.
• Perform other related duties as required
Job Qualifications
• Must be a student currently enrolled in an Associate/Bachelor Computer Science or IT related program
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Factory Environment is preferred
• Aerospace experience preferred
• Microsoft SQL (queries & Database management) and Crystal Reports Experience are preferred for ERP support.
• Microsoft Server 2012 R2 AD, Exchange 2013 or above familiarity/experience is beneficial.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
• Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
• Strong computer skills desired.
• Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility

• Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules
