Role Description:
Client relationship management and business development:
* Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $40MM to $50MM, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for Engineering Services.
* Partner with Infosys Client Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Professionals, and Consulting staff to generate new leads for the purpose of generating qualified 'sourced' opportunities in which you will drive all pre-sales activities
* Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
* Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price models/decisions, etc.
* Build relationship with relevant stakeholders from the Partner eco-system (COTS, Hyperscalers, Consulting partners) and leverage it for pipeline generation, innovation and thought leadership
* Create and Lead Pro-active Large Deals in the portfolio across capability areas supported by engineering services
* Lead RFP/ RFI responses, Solution Positioning and Commercial Proposal devt
* Effective Storyteller in positioning our capabilities and client successes in succinct and interesting stories to the clients; hands-on in developing and delivering these unique messages to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 15+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
* Track record of interacting with and building relationship with C-level client contacts
Experience selling services and solutions in some of the Digital Thread Space including Core Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics), Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Smart Manufacturing Operations, Connected Products, Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO), Service Management and Product End of Life
* Experience in position and selling Telematics, Infotainment and Software Defined Vehicle (SDV), Validation and Verification solutions
* Experience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing deals
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Define high level and detailed architecture for Windchill implementations upgrades and integrations. Align Windchill solutions with business goals and industry best practices. Experience in CAD worker setup for Windchill environments including Creo Office Worker etc.
Strong understanding of Windchill architecture including CAD integrations vault configurations and cluster setups.
Responsibilities
Configuration of SSO and SSL configuration.
Upgrade planning and execution including rehearsals on lower environments.
Documenting all steps and preparing a detailed runbook for the production upgrade.
Final execution of the upgrade on the production environment.
Running WinDU analyzing results and resolving issues reported during upgrade rehearsals.
Lead development of workflows object models and system configurations.
Integrate Windchill with ERP (SAP ECC S4) MES CPQ and CAD platforms.
Oversee end-to-end implementation including configuration testing deployment and optimization.
Manage risk stakeholder communication and project governance.
Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and testing standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and customizations.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE SQL Spring Hibernate and Windchill modules (PDMLink ProjectLink PartsLink).
Experience with Windchill Bulk Migration ESI integration and performance tuning.
Certifications Required
Certification in Windchill will be added advantage
