Mr. Devlin joined the Board of Directors for Aperion’s portfolio Company Tri Con Works, which is a leading provider of landfill gas system construction projects and industrial construction projects, via their Diamondback construction division.

John joined us from G4S, a world leader in Security Solutions where he performed the role of Regional Finance Director for Northern and Western Europe. He managed a portfolio of nine different businesses gaining extensive business process and transformation experience. Previously he has spent several years at Bunzl Plc, an FTSE 100 outsourcing and distribution business performing a variety of finance roles including European Financial Controller. John is originally from London and studied Biological Sciences at the University of Warwick before embarking upon a career in finance. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 2003 before moving into industry and commerce.

In both of those cases, Greg was instrumental in aligning customers, employees, partners and shareholders. Before his career in private equity, Greg was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Waste Management’s Western Group, a $3B business unit.Greg received his BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In his free time, Greg enjoys surfing with his daughters, playing guitar, backpacking and drinking espresso…lots of espresso!
