Mr. Devlin is a seasoned operating executive and investor with directly relevant industry knowledge and experience in waste management and environmental services industries. He has broad management experience as well as a proven track record of successful acquisitions and integrations. Mr. Devlin most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for Valicor Environmental Services. Valicor was the largest company in the U.S. specializing in the collection, transportation, and treatment of non-hazardous industrial wastewater, in addition to providing other services, such as product destruction, recycling, and waste oil collection and processing. Before Valicor, he also served as Chief Executive Officer for ReCommunity Recycling, which was the largest independent processor of municipally generated curbside recyclables in the U.S. Before ReCommunity, James served as the Chief Executive Officer for Thermo Fluids Inc., which was the 3rd largest collector and processor of used motor oil in the U.S.

Mr. Devlin joined the Board of Directors for Aperion’s portfolio Company Tri Con Works, which is a leading provider of landfill gas system construction projects and industrial construction projects, via their Diamondback construction division.

John Freebody joined Inframark as Chief Financial Officer in March 2015. John joined us from G4S, a world leader in Security Solutions where he performed the role of Regional Finance Director for Northern and Western Europe. He managed a portfolio of nine different businesses gaining extensive business process and transformation experience. Previously he has spent several years at Bunzl Plc, an FTSE 100 outsourcing and distribution business performing a variety of finance roles including European Financial Controller. John is originally from London and studied Biological Sciences at the University of Warwick before embarking upon a career in finance. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 2003 before moving into industry and commerce.

Currently, Greg is the Chief Executive Officer at CLEARAS Water Recovery, where he and his team design, build, and operate next-generation Advanced Biological Nutrient Recovery (ABNR™) solutions that deliver the highest quality nutrient recovery to partner-clients at the lowest total cost of ownership. Greg brings extensive experience growing the enterprise value of companies in the environmental market space. His successful track record as a senior executive in the private equity environment, history of making accretive acquisitions, and his deep experience in water and renewable energy, will help propel CLEARAS to the next level.Prior to joining CLEARAS, Greg was the President of JWC Environmental, a $100M wastewater treatment equipment manufacturer, where he was responsible for all aspects of company including growing the profitability globally. He was also the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Thermo Fluids, a $115M environmental services and renewable energy company, where he grew EBITDA from $19 million to $33 million in 2.5 years through aggressive top-line growth and pricing policies. In both of those cases, Greg was instrumental in aligning customers, employees, partners and shareholders. Before his career in private equity, Greg was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Waste Management’s Western Group, a $3B business unit.Greg received his BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In his free time, Greg enjoys surfing with his daughters, playing guitar, backpacking and drinking espresso…lots of espresso!

John Nelson is a Crew Chief at Inframark and Operator at Water Right Inc and is based in Kingwood, Texas.
