Proven experience in voice and telecom infrastructure engineering. Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323) and PBX systems. Familiarity with network infrastructure and routing protocols. Experience with telecom security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex voice network issues. Certifications such as CCNA Voice or equivalent are a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
