Michel-Alain Proch was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ingenico Group in February 2019, where he leads the Finance, Legal and Governance teams.

Michel-Alain brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, integration, and transformation, most recently as SEVP & Group Chief Digital Officer at Atos. As EVP and Group Chief Financial Officer of Atos from 2007 to 2015, he led several major M&A operations, successfully co-led the IPO of Worldline. Michel-Alain was recognized as best CFO (Europe, Software & IT Services) by Extel during four consecutive years. He was Board Member of Worldline until 2016.

Michel-Alain had previously held senior executive roles at Hermès in France and the United States for 8 years. He started his career as a consultant at Deloitte & Touche in France and the UK.

Michel-Alain holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Toulouse Business School.

Core competencies in Strategy & Finance (profitable growth strategies, strategic planning, strategic marketing, business plan writing, business model analysis, …) and in Operations (excellent skills to manage complex projects, organize and structure a business, negotiate partnerships and manage a portfolio of products). Strong ability to combine strategic, financial and operational vision, and to manage teams in a fast paced international environment. Alvaro Carnero is a CFO Iberia at Ingenico and is based in Madrid, Madrid Province, Spain. He has worked as CFO at Recall; EMEA Director Shared Services Accounting & Finance at SUNPOWER CORP; and Senior Financial Controller, Finance Manager at BT Group plc. Alvaro studied at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UNIVERSITY OF BRISTOL, and ACCA.

Amit Mathur is a CFO at Ingenico and is based in Delhi, Delhi, India. He has worked as Finance Manager at BenQ, Audit Manager at Audit and Consultancy firm, and Finance Manager at NTPC Alstom. Amit studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India., Delhi University between 1994 and 1997, and CPA Australia between 2014 and 2015.
