ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Regional Chief Security Officer (R-CSO) is responsible for implementing, controlling, and continuously improving the Group's global security strategy within his designated region. Acting as the senior security leader locally, the R-CSO ensures alignment with global policies while addressing regional needs, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. With cybersecurity as the primary focus, this role also encompasses operational and industrial security as well as physical protection of people and assets, business continuity and crisis management. This role is both operational and strategic, requiring strong leadership, communication, and influence skills.
As part of the Group's second line of defense, the R- CSO ensures independent oversight, control, and challenge of security practices implemented by the business and operations teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Governance, Risk & Compliance
* Apply, deploy, and monitor the Group's security policies and standards within the region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
* Evangelizing on cybersecurity, addressing Executives, Senior leaders and Representing Ingenico in external Information Security communities.
* Organize and manage risk security committees for the Region, providing regular risk reports and key metrics to the Group CSO and regional leadership team.
Incident, Crisis Management and Business Continuity
* Own all security incidents in the region, ensuring effective response, escalation, and communication.
* Act as regional crisis leader, coordinating with Incident management organization, Group CSO, local management, and authorities.
* Control the effectiveness of incident, crisis, and business continuity response plans through testing, drills, and independent reviews.
Customer & Partner Engagement
* Act as the primary security point of contact for regional customer questionnaires and audits , RFPs, and due diligence activities.
* Support business development by demonstrating the Group's security posture
* Build trusted relationships with partners and external stakeholders on security matters.
* Provide independent oversight of third-party and supply chain security in the region.

Communication, Awareness & Culture
* Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to regional executive management, translating technical risks into business impacts.
* Lead cultural change and regional awareness campaigns across cybersecurity, industrial, and physical domains.
* Represent the Group at regional industry events, regulatory forums, and standardization bodies to influence and anticipate evolving requirements.

Physical & People Security

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor are highly preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., CISO, Director of Information Security).
* Proven experience in managing information security for regulated industries, particularly in the payment solutions or financial services sectors.

The Critical Operations Technician I is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of IT, electrical, mechanical, plumbing/piping equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of building. This role monitors operations and conducts a routine and ongoing assessment of the building systems, operations, and performance. This role performs tests, rounds and analyzes data to ensure the proper functioning of departmental equipment. The role is also responsible for assisting customers on the Data Center floor both in person and via the telephone, performing customer equipment installs, managing tickets within the ticketing system, communicating and escalating alerts and customer requests to systems engineers for resolution, and completing tasks pertaining to computer hardware, software or operation systems. This role requires on-site work hours to support a 24X7X365 data center environment and is not eligible for remote and/or hybrid work.
RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.
* Applies learning, knowledge, skills, and company policies to a wide range of tasks pertaining to IT, electrical and mechanical equipment, controls, and operating systems.
* Leads, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment; records readings and adjusts where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.
* Provide remote hands and eyes services for customers.
* Provide high level computer hardware and software configuration support. Install suite wall, cage material, ladder rack, fiber tray, cabinets, cabling, and customer equipment based on documentation provided by provisioning documentation and established Data Center Operation procedures.
* Installs and repairs IT, mechanical, and electrical equipment as required; assists other team members with major repairs and maintenance of building and equipment.
* Process work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance on critical, building, and site infrastructure. Consults with supervisor or team lead to order necessary tools and equipment as required to complete all maintenance and perform necessary work.
* Create and/or update tickets within the established ticketing system to address customer calls, data center facility, network and/or system related alerts.
* Operates and monitors critical and non-critical system equipment and components to ensure safe and compliant operation.
* Responds as required to building emergencies and customer requests.
* Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
* Uses the Change Management Process to get approval for preventative and corrective maintenance. Commences & completes the maintenance along with the necessary documentation using the QTS process and software.

What your day-to-day will look like:
* Mix paints to match specifications, stirring or thinning paints, and using spatulas or power mixing equipment.
* Appropriately dispose of hazardous waste.
* Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters.
* Monitor painting operations to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks, and correct their causes.
* Remove accessories from equipment and mask surfaces with tape or paper to protect them from paint as required.
* Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers or power equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths.
* Conduct 6S audits and safety walks.
To thrive in this role, you have:
* HS diploma or equivalent required
* 3+ years experience in painting similar materials
* Must be able to pass a basic painting skills test successfully
* Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, and their applications.
* Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
* Knowledge of product, quality standards, and assembly procedures.
* Basic knowledge of computer software applications.

As an Operations Support Center Network Analyst (Technical Customer Service Rep or TCSR) you will be primarily responsible for managing the phone queue, projecting a professional company image through phone interaction, monitoring the alarm board, managing tickets in the Incident Management System, and troubleshooting technical requests. You will resolve unique network and system-related challenges which will promote growth your skill sets.

The Operations Support Center is a 24/7/365 organization, which means the position requires shift work. The OSC staffs for business needs; therefore, your shift could change. This team is currently hiring for multiple shifts:
First Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, days vary

Third Shift: Midnight - 9 AM, days vary
What You Will Do:
Provide tier 1 technical support to troubleshoot customer/employee issues.
Answer phones and respond to customer/employee requests.
Respond to internal Helpdesk support tickets.
Respond to alarms and take appropriate action to correct the problem or escalate based upon Operations Service Center policy.
Provide resolution or escalation for incidents as required by QTS Service Level Agreements.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and provide detailed notes when escalation is required.
Thorough understanding of QTS products and services; strong familiarity with respective service catalogs.
Identify opportunities for value-added process improvement.
Accountable for the status of created tickets, follow-through, resolution, and closure.
Create tickets in the Incident Management System (IMS) application for all incoming requests and escalate issues according to priority and type.
Follow up with customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Consistently escalate issues to the appropriate party.
Consistent accurate judgment on ticket priority.
Consistent thorough understanding of requests and attention to detail (reassignment counts).
Accountable for the status of created tickets, follow-through, resolution, and closure.
Follow up with non-operations departments to close out aging tickets.
Ensure that the 15/30 process is utilized for critical/high tickets with OSC engineers.

What You Will Do:
* Source for high-priority positions across the business to include Facilities, Operation, Procurement and more
* Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify top talent through social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean searches, including candidate contact information
* Lead Recruitment Marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media, paid search, and other creative strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates and leads
* Gain a strong understanding of hiring profiles across the business as well as urgent hiring needs
* Measure and track pipeline activity and share results
* Support recruiting agency program and other programs as assigned
* Serve as recruitment technology administrator for specialized recruiting tools
* Workday system testing as required to support recruiting module enhancements, break/fix etc.
* Craft custom and meaningful outreach to encourage engagement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Five or more years of successful candidate-sourcing experience
* Three years of recruitment marketing experience
* Two or more years of applicant tracking software experience
* Strong Project Management and prioritization skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience supporting remote customers
* One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience

Every intern will be assigned initiatives tied to real QTS objectives helping with anything pertaining to the whole life-cycle of a data center build and/or company operations.
The Commercial Real Estate Intern will directly impact live or future state real estate development plans. By proxy, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across several teams performing responsibilities that include, but aren't limited to:
Commercial Real Estate Intern:
* Support site selection and all other real estate processes
* Draft and audit execution segment documentations and connect with the development capital team
* Collaborate with the development team to insure all parties are informed in order maintain project portfolio progress

* Gain exposure to processes around environmental reporting/documentation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Procurement to lead our global procurement organization. This leader will drive sourcing excellence, supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across direct and indirect procurement categories. Key Responsibilies
Lead and evolve Verifone's global procurement strategy across direct and indirect spend
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Business and Finance teams to align sourcing strategies with product and business goals
Identify, evaluate, and manage a global network of suppliers and partners to ensure optimal cost, quality, delivery, and innovation
Drive supplier negotiations, contract management, and long-term strategic sourcing initiatives
Implement and monitor KPIs to measure supplier performance, cost savings, and procurement effectiveness
Optimize procurement processes and tools, ensuring compliance, transparency, and scalability
Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing procurement team
Support ESG and diversity sourcing initiatives aligned with Verifone's corporate responsibility goals
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive procurement experience, including global sourcing and supplier management
Proven track record leading procurement strategy in high-tech, hardware, or manufacturing environments
Expertise in contract negotiation, cost analysis, and category management
Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills
Experience working with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Coupa)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
Global mindset with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
