Great people
Low pay high turn over only closed on Christmas not all employees are treated the same some get a way with what they want. Deli manager screams and hollers at her staff in front of customers. Rest rooms are filthy , low pay , no real training ie casher maybe day and a half , never told you are doing a good job or even a thank you
Schedule
Not much, when the corporate people come in they don’t talk to the front line People , some act like they’re better than others
Treat the team members with more respect these are the people that make the company stronger, take care of your front line employees higher pay better benefits give some back to your employees

We have a very wide range of not for the older people working in this store I do not think the store would do well at all you can tell this when the older people leave and the younger ones come in the store customer service goes way down the younger people just don’t have the work ethic or have not been taught
Doing the best I can do every single day and treating people the way I want to be treated.
I like that I was able to interact with a variety of people on a daily basis. All the while helping them and making sure they had an overall great experience while they were at our store.
The pay was awful. I was definitely underpaid and it was very difficult to move up to a better paying position.
There were no perks for us.
The pay is very good and I love my coworkers!
I have 3 managers in my department. Two of them are awesome and exceptional considering they’re very young. The head manager needs to ALOT more training! NOT a very competent woman.
My coworkers are very friendly and pleasant to work with and the pay is very good!
Flexible work schedule.
The managers are abusive sometimes even physically abusive. If you tell anyone in upper management nothing is done. Are you scare tactics to try to get you to do your work instead of true management.

I like that this company makes me feel like home and I’m important.
I do not have any dislikes about this job.
My favorite perk is definitely meeting new people and excelling in customer service.
