Orrin H. Ingram II (born July 5, 1960) is an American heir, businessman, philanthropist and polo player. He is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Ingram Industries and the chairman of Ingram Barge Company.

Technology executive and business leader with over 25 years of experience in leading teams and deploying technology solutions in a variety of industries. Proven record of successfully defining and delivering valuable solutions within IT organizations that include strategy, approach, structure, and methodologies. Hands on experience in leading and driving large-scale, multi-year transformational change, including communicating and aligning executive teams around technology and business initiatives.

Jennifer joined Eco-Energy in 2014, where she is responsible for human capital management. She has 25 years’ experience in organization development and human resources in large public companies and private consulting firms. Prior to joining Eco-Energy, Jennifer held human resource executive positions with MedSolutions and Corporate Express Promotional Marketing. She holds a master’s degree in Organization Communication.
