As a key member of Ingram's Consumer Marketing business, you will oversee day-to-day operations of Ingram iD-an automated advertising platform where publishers and authors can advertise to readers-managing ads, reporting, and support. You will create and execute the customer experience strategy for the platform, addressing product inquiries, service inquiries and product education. You'll execute advertising adjustments within third-party advertising platforms, solicit and manage customer feedback, and compile and analyze reporting. You'll use your deep knowledge of the platform to make recommendations for improvements to the user experience, products and operations. Uses Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other relevant advertising platforms to monitor advertising activity, adjusting or optimizing ads in the platform as needed to ensure the company's and customer's goals are being met. Monitors platform activity daily and takes the appropriate action to remediate any issues, including communicating with manager, customer service, the sales team or directly with customers as needed. Authors and develops training curriculum for internal and external customers. Participates in question-and-answer sessions as needed. Uses third-party and custom developed tools to create and manage reports about sales, users, audience performance, campaign effectiveness, pricing, coupon usage and other data- or audience- focused requests. Solicits feedback to identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience. Leads product QA testing as needed to ensure that business requirements are met. Leads the strategy and execution for user product support across the platform's knowledge base, email journeys and other communication methods. Hiring Salary Range: $74,353k- $94,011k.
