James Zallie is executive vice president, global specialties and president, Americas. Previously, Mr. Zalled served as executive vice president, global specialties and president, North America and EMEA. Before joining Ingredion, he was president and chief executive officer of National Starch, which was acquired by Ingredion in 2010. During his 27 year tenure at National Starch, he held various positions of increasing responsibility, first in technical, then marketing and then international business management. He holds master’s degrees in food science and business administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree in food science from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Zallie is a member of the board of directors for Innophos, a leading producer of specialty grade phosphate products for the food, pharmaceutical and industrial market segments.

Mr. Border has over 30 years of information technology experience in various industries including Energy, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Distribution. His work has focused on creating a sustainable competitive advantage for companies by aligning business and technology strategies and partnering with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions that deliver value and achieve business results.

Mr. Border has extensive experience in IT transformation and ERP initiatives, along with strong experiences in IT governance, data governance and business process re-engineering.

Adept at establishing new methods, cost-saving initiatives and process improvements by streamlining global functions to drive efficiencies and achieve sustained, profitable growth. Jeremy Xu is a Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at INGREDION INC and is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He has worked as Regional Operations Manager, Asia Pacific & China Business Manager, Solae at DuPont; VP & General Manager, Industrial BioSciences at DuPont; and Regional Director, Asia Pacific at Freudenberg. Jeremy studied at Purdue University Krannert School of Management, Chinese University of Hong Kong/The, and Zhejiang University.

Eric Seip was appointed Ingredion's senior vice president, global operations and chief supply chain officer January 11, 2021. In this role, he is responsible for leading global manufacturing, supply chain and procurement excellence, driving world-class safety, delivering cost savings through efficiency management, and accelerating digital transformation. Additionally, Seip develops, implements and maintains rigorous supply chain strategies to ensure the continued identification and assimilation of innovative thinking and best practices. He reports directly to Jim Zallie, Ingredion’s president and chief executive officer, and is a member of the Company’s executive leadership team.

Most recently, Seip worked for ChampionX, a global oil and gas services company, as senior vice president, global procurement and supply chain. Seip brings more than 30 years of global operations and supply chain experience in asset expansions, integrations, turnarounds, operations strategy, Lean Six Sigma and change management.

Seip holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and earned a master’s degree in finance from Pepperdine University.

Larry Fernandes works at Ingredion Canada Inc. and a Senior VP/Chief Commercial & Sustainability Ofcr at INGREDION INC and is based in Großraum Chicago und Umgebung. He has worked as Vice President, Global Beverage and General Manager, Sweetener & Industrial Solutions at INGREDION INC and Pres/Gen Dir:Mexico at INGREDION INC. Larry attended McGill University between 1983 and 1987.
