TITLE: Plant Coordinator LOCATION: Argo Plant, Bedford Park, IL REPORTS TO: Manager, Plant Services As Plant Coordinator, you will serve as an on-site management representative for the Argo plant during second and third shifts, weekends, and holidays. Providing primary response for blood borne pathogen program including clean-up and notification of Area Management and Plant Medical. * Facilitating secure access to plant storerooms as needed to support off-shift maintenance activities. * Coordinating with rail operations to ensure fluid railyard operation and proper unit service level. Providing communication path to escalate service failures where necessary. * Ensuring excellent Customer Experience by providing timely response to customer and carrier inquiries, coordinating with customer service and logistics regarding emergency shipments, late deliveries, quality concerns, etc., to ensure clear feedback to customers. * Investigating and participating in Root Cause Problem Elimination sessions for safety and quality incidents as necessary. As a Technical Service Representative (TSR), you will support the Packaging Coatings segment focusing on Mid- West accounts.
