Primary Function
Partnering with the North & South America HR teams, this role is responsible for supporting the talent process and activities for both regions to ensure that we position the right talent in the right role, develop people towards the required skills and next targeted role, as well as progress our DEI strategy and agenda. Supporting HRBPs to enable leaders to make the right decisions in talent promotion by providing data, development support and proper guidance in our relevant talent processes. Support HRBPs with the annual PCR and bi-annual Listen Survey process for both regions in order to improve talent development, succession planning and engagement across the business. Be a DEI advocate to ensure we progress towards an inclusive and diverse workplace and integrate DEI in our talent processes. The role will direct support HRBPs and partner closely with the HR Centers Of Excellence in particular Integrated Talent Experience (ITEX), Talent Acquisition (TA) and Culture.
Critical Deliverables:
Talent responsibility (40%) - North & South America
Support HRBPs on the development of data and materials for the People Capability Reviews for both regions coordinating with local HRBPs to establish clear plans on how to strengthen the organization, develop high quality succession plans, build up capabilities and support talent development plan:Support HRBPs on establishing calendar, train on the defined template, coordinate preparation of the PCR decks and track regional action plans for quarterly reporting to leadership teams.Prepare data set reflecting the progress and challenges in the HR practice for both regions. Find insights in the data and raised improvement opportunities Collect and coordinate talent management data (retention, promotion, succession planning, and turnover) and translate those data into insights and recommendations to help HRBPs driving action plans consistent with an environment of equal employment opportunity in alignment with the ITEX CoESupporting HRBPs on tracking and holding managers accountable against agreed development plans for top talent to ensure yearly progress towards identified next role Ensure data accuracy in WorkDay reflecting people assessment, career aspirations and correct succession plan Support the performance management process by helping HRBPs to keep the right level of accountability and developing plans Leverage global training to ensure proper mid-year and year-end reviews Prepare calibration meeting for both regions Monitor quality improvement in mid-year and year-end Provide support to North & South America Scorecard to reflect our progress against our roadmap, accomplishment, and yearly priorities Identify key topics and issues regarding North America Learning and Development and advice on solutions to foster a positive culture of high performance, team member engagement, people development and team effectiveness.
Engagement Survey and Support of Global Program Implementation (10%) - North & South America
Listen Survey - Improve employee engagement level Support with the implementation and analysis of broad-based employee surveys Help HRBPs to develop recommendations for leadership actions to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the organization.Deploy engagement survey for both regions Work with the Communication team to ensure high level of participation >90%Review the results and analyze data to draw insights and prepare executive summary for both regions Support HRBPs to establish detailed action plans, and track execution Partner with HRBPs to develop a targeted communication plan to communicate actions and progress made against them to key stakeholders/employees Support Global programs roll-out of key learning programs Partner with HRBPs to select participants to global learning programs Support HRBPs on key learning programs such as LEAP and other programs Develop an overview of learning programs for both regions
DEI Responsibility (50%) - North America only
In collaboration with regional HRBPs and leadership teams, develop DEI program for North America:Executing strategic partnerships to improve diversity pipeline in our teams Work collaboratively across the business with identified stakeholders to help champion and amplify Business Resource Groups initiatives.Serve as an advocate, mentor, resource, and support for the organization's development, concerns, and issues related to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging.Support programs design, policies, and other resources to increase knowledge and awareness that supports inclusive behaviors in the workplace in alignment with the DEI CoE.Measure progress in the BIPOC and gender parity, diversity spectrum and inclusive culture Monitor, analyze, and report on DEI metrics for North America and effectiveness to inform business decisions.Support Business Resource Groups, providing guidance and direction and ensuring these groups have the appropriate resources and level of influence
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree major in Human Resources or PsychologyMinimum 5 years' experience in Human ResourcesDemonstrated strong analytical and numeric skills with ability to analyze data and provide insights Successful experience in talent practice and DEIProven experience in preparing analysis and presentation to senior leaders Advanced PowerPoint skills.
