Job DescriptionSalary: $20+/hr

Essential Responsibilities.

Perform removal and set up of molds per process documentation..

Work with maintenance, engineering and tooling personnel to solve mold-related issues..

Basic understanding of molding machine operations regarding mold setting..

Complete and maintain all required paperwork..

Perform preventative maintenance as necessary..

Ability to use and understand Mack Molding's ISO policies and procedures..

Follow all safety rules and regulations..

Maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping in all areas..

Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications/License/Education/Required Experience.

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience..

Basic verbal, written and math skills..

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Mack-Issued Forklift License.

Senior Mold set-Up Qualifications.

5 or more years experience in molding set-up or related field..

Demonstrated skills and ability at a higher level.

Unusual Working Conditions.

Exposure to temperatures of between 50F to 110F

Unusual Physical Requirements.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required [when necessary].

Ability to bend, walk climb and/ or stand for prolonged periods of time..

Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.

for a manufacturing company located in
Franklin, WI



40 hours per week - Overtime Available!
1st shift - 6: 30am-3: 00pm Mon-Fri
$15.25/hr

The positions are production positions for a company that manufacturers small medical pieces. It is a VERY clean working environment.


Specific requirements for this position:

• Must have own, reliable transportation
• Relevant or long term work history
• Ability to pas a background check
• Ability to pass a Drug Screen
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to pass a basic math assessment

Below are some job duties the Operators have:

• Push & pull molds in and out of machines
• Log in to computer to pull basic production information each shift
• Remove parts, dexterity of hands to pull parts out of mold
• Visually inspect items as they are removed from molds
• Complete basic production paperwork
• Lift 15-20 lb occasionally

**Position Title: Injection Mold Operator**

**Reports to: Production Supervisor**

**Location:** **Wichita, KS**

**Job Summary:** **Operate automatic plastic forming machines to fabricate plastic parts** **.**

**Job Duties:**

+ **Handle material to and from work station**

+ **Keep machine area and equipment clean**

+ **Responsible to notify lead/supervisor with machine issues**

+ **Occasionally operate one or more machines**

+ **Fill in shift reports timely and accurately**

+ **Visually inspect and maintain quality standards**

+ **Report material shortages**

+ **Maintain work area using 5S Principles and follow Lean Manufacturing Principles**

+ **Observe all Safety rules**

+ **Complete required paperwork**

+ **May work in groups and/or individually as assigned**

+ **Support the team objectives**

+ **Other duties as assigned**

+ **Must be able to work a weekend schedule**

+ **Must be able to work overtime as needed**

+ **Flame, assemble and pack parts**
