Position Summary:
Oversees and facilitates process optimization, equipment enhancement, qualification, and technology transfer of product and processes in the assigned dosage form. Provides technical subject matter expertise in areas of responsibility and leads a team of engineers to establish a strong foundation and process mastery for which continuous improvement of quality, reliability, and cost can be made. Commercializes new products in our manufacturing facilities and ensures a smooth and complete transition of technical knowledge to appropriate groups.

Education:
* Requires a four-year college or university degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science or related field.
Certification:
* Lean Manufacturing, or related problem-solving tools a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum five years in engineering, process development, manufacturing technical support or quality engineering experience required.
* Preferred experience in Pharmaceutical, nutritional or related industry is required.
* Preferred two years' experience in a Supervisory or Managerial type role.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Comprehensive knowledge of product and process development, manufacturing/packaging equipment, process/testing laboratory techniques and regulatory requirements.
* Able to effectively organize and develop plans; prioritize and execute actions.
* The ability to make presentations and recommendations in assigned areas.
* Expertise in process validation and cleaning validation protocols - IQ/OQ/PQ.
* Working knowledge of GMP's, SOP's, CAPA, auditing, and other Quality procedures.
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
* Self-starter with assertive project ownership qualities.
* Intellectually curious with continuous improvement approach to challenges.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work for a supervisor who works in a different location.

National Target Base Pay Range: $112,000.00 - $190,000.00
The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $124,000.00 - $212,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

The Senior IT Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing and tracking IT department financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, purchase orders, renewals, and vendor contracts. Transactional Processing

Contract/License Management

Ensure engagement rules are followed: NDA, D&B background, etc.

IT Budgets & Financial Analysis
Oversee the release, schedule, completeness and tracking of all IT related capital and non-capital projects. Manage project funds via Preferred Pricing, where appropriate, to maximize the expenditures and minimize the cost.
Support the financial reporting and analysis for overall IT spend.
Support audit & budgeting processes.
